Description

"You think you have what it takes?"
Chung believed he needed to find another method to become stronger, and the Silver Shooters in his hand was that method. However, he slowly began to realize that this was not enough. His Silver Shooters were not strong enough to pierce through enemies that just kept getting stronger.
To overcome his limit, Chung attempted to modify his Silver Shooters and was able to complete the modified versions. But he still hesitated.
This was a method that he found, diverged from age-old family traditions using only the Destroyer. Maybe he was wrong to do so? Then shouldn't he go back?
"Show me your determination."
Father always told him to follow his beliefs no matter what, and Silver Shooters were proof of his conviction.
Chung pulled out his new Silver Shooters called, "Phantom Shooters." There's no right or wrong answer. Only determination and strength of he one pursuing his path.
Chung headed towards the sanctum. "He" was waiting for his answer at the heart of the sanctum.

Trivia

  • From the official Elsword artbook vol.2, it is shown that Fatal Phantom's Freitunier has changed to a full-black metallic body suit, accompanied with white gauntlets and coat.
    • The use of black armor is similar to old concept designs for Deadly Chaser.
  • Upon advancing, all Silver Shooters combos will now show Chung using his new Phantom Shooters.
    • Dungeon, Victory, Defeat poses and skills that are made prior to Fatal Phantom still retain the Silver Shooters model.
  • Fatal Phantom's Destroyer further resembles a large rifle instead of a cannon, with a more profound trigger, stock, and iron sight as well as a handgrip.
  • While in Berserk Mode, Fatal Phantom's mask does not appear to have any visible eyes and his scarves change into fiery blue energy. The same energy is also seen emanating from his helmet.
    • The lack of visible eyes in Fatal Phantom's Berserk Mode may be a reference to how assassins can eliminate their targets without looking.
  • Fatal Phantom is the first class to prominently wield their physical sub-weapon in their idle pose.
  • As Fatal Phantom, Chung inexplicably gains more dark tips to his hair.
  • Unlike Chung's other job paths, Fatal Phantom's voice is changed to resemble a "silent emotionless assassin", being more soft and menacing.
  • After the 01/11/2018 Korean patch, Fatal Phantom's portrait had a slight change. The Phantom Shooter in his right hand was changed to be the same as the one in his left hand and the visual effects from the Phantom Shooter being fired became less pronounced.
  • Upon advancing to Fatal Phantom, Chung's eyes become slightly furrowed to give him a more serious expression.
    • His "/laugh" facial expression also changes.
    • This is not retained when using customized eyes.
