    I just think this swallow nerf will not serve for nothing? I mean, I faced the worst Aras and they simply just ran and gathered energy and wore swallow in my face and even tried to combo me after that, it will only change now is that they will have to run longer to join 10.

    Kog trying to solve the problem without going to the root of the problem.

        Hi. I use 5 characters: GrM, SD, CBS, GA and YR. All of them use secret dungeon gear (usually draconic- I’m a pve player) My GrM have an iron claymore from Eltrion, while the rest of my chars use regular +8 or +9 weapons. My GrM, even without this nerf, is still utterly inferior to the rest of my chars. Nerfing rushing sword is a huge blow to a character who isn’t great in any way to begin with. An before telling me GrM is a pvp character, remind me how many GrM did you see in the season 3 (NA) finals? laberedaular may be ranting, but he’s telling the truth.

          I disagree. This change now makes shockwave PvP viable since it now gives BM MP sinking burst, something he was lacking. To me, it’s a sound design. BM was always designed with PvP in mind, buffs to him in that regard always seem natural to me. This being said, it’s been a while since I’ve had a BM, and I don’t exactly remember all the hits of shockwave being what one might call “easy” to land. None the less, it can hardly be seen as a nerf. Magic damage wasn’t blade master’s forte to begin with. Just bring a couple of wind orbs with you on secret dungeon runs and you’ll be fine.

      Lol this is what I first said when they changed Creasent Kick to Physical as well XD, a skill that looks magical seems to be physical, but I guess it can be based on physique but other than that why change that skill to physical…

        Rena is a magical attack based character. No matter what class you go for as Rena, her magical attack will always be higher than her physical attack, so for her, that attack type change is a nerf.

        On the other hand, Raven has higher physical attack than magical attack. Especially since BM has the highest physical attack out of the three Raven characters, changing it from magical damage to physical damage is a significant buff.

    You all nerfed MM way too hard. Way too hard! now he cant really get MP to use any moves and when he does use a move any1 can just run out of them. No MP, it would’nt hold them and he already cant take hits.

You don’t even need nature resist for it now since it’s not even a big threat anymore (2v2 and 3v3 is a different story)

    Agreed. The Aisha nerfs were greatly unnecessary. So was the Sweeper/Giga Stream damage decrease, nobody uses that stuff in pvp. And yes, Nemesis needed a buff. But DON’T try to make IS better, that class is just annoying garbage.

    I’m confused on the Swallow Assault nerf. It says it knocks down at the last hit but what if you cancel the skill with counter for example would that count as the last hit too? Also what is the point of it knocking down when the main damage comes from the first hit of the skill as a burst? You already would have received majority of the damage from the get go so why not just make so you could mana break the skill all together?

    So let’s see……Elesis’ Stoic needs more mana(100mp to 120mp) No problem. Blue Aura fixes it. Rushing Sword….how big is the nerf?(Still awesome as fuck in blue aura. And the level 60 upgrade in GrM is cool too.) Judgment nerf…..meh, I was gonna use Victory anyway.(and besides, it’s a Gale skill, so it’s reasonable.) And nerfs for BH and CrA….fine by me.

    For Aisha……Plasma Cutter, dmg reduce?(but nobody uses this skill in PVP, unless we’re talking about Ereda Island here.) Doesn’t change the fact that if you got hit at point blank by that skill…….especially when noted….. Teleport mana use increase if used again within 2 seconds. Simple, wait for two seconds.(you’re already charging by that time.) EM’s XZZ/XXZZ combo reduces damage, but doesn’t knockdown(wait, you mean to say the whole combo doesn’t contribute to knockdowns at all? Wow!) and more lightning strikes. Whoohoo!!!!!!!! More Mana!!!!!

    As for Elsword, it mostly went to RS and IS, LK already had his re-balance last time, but giving a slight boost to his passives is great!

    Aisha still needs, at least, 1 second cooldown on Teleport, after being hit. With that, the ridiculous Quick Recovery won’t save their ass all the time.

    Also, the fucking Mana Shields needs nerfs too. Reducing its HP / Damage Reduction, or even, impossible to cast while being hit, NEEDS to happen.

    Chain Lightning damage is still absurd, the same goes for Dark Cloud.

    Swallow Assalt needs to waste all orbs if they miss, reduce the stupid damage, and disable skill cancel.

      Aisha has been getting nothing but nerfs ever since the ST Revamp. (Shut up about Lightning Shower. Everything else EM had got nerfed.) If you’re STILL losing to them so badly, you seriously need to learn how to play.

      Mana Shield has already been nerfed from 80% reduction noted to 46.8% while still based off of 15% of max HP.. What the hell do you want? For her to have Add’s complete lack of survivability? VP is the only one who has damage output on that level. Oh, and that’s about to get nerfed as well. The gravity ball launch nerfed also gutted her catching game. She pretty much HAS to abuse Ring of Fury at this point.

      The Teleport nerf has always been largely irrelevant in PVP. We don’t have to teleport that much in PVP. It is a PVE nerf.

      GM gets harder to kill when you get her beneath 50% HP. (Agility Mastery doesn’t work in NA, EU, and Void for some reason.) CA gets passive damage reduction and self-healing. Elesis’ mana break also negates the hit that activates it. WS gets damage reduction, resistances, AND a MP generation boost from the same passive AND a healing skill. They are not only harder to kill than Aisha is at this point, but they also hit much harder. And you think Aisha needs to be nerfed more?! Please.

        There is no ‘learning’ against scrubs mechanics. By your logic, so, the reason why so many skilled plyers quit, is because they don’t learn how to fight scrubs?

        Guess you haven’t wondered why so many consecutive nerfs on her.

        Takes almost no skill to play, zero risk and extremely high reward. Dope free catch mechanics, with huge AoE. Begins a match with enough mana to unleash “what players can’t learn how to fight against” dope catch skills with ridiculous range.

        Add to the math, magic necklace, a MP+ titles like Valak’s, Edan’s, Henir, the so hard mechanic to master of Meditation, lv 65 2.5 MP regen/sec passive, Guild passive skills (when hit, 50% MP gain), Fireball study that reduce almost by half, the cost of her projectiles.

        Whats the result? Fireball spamming without any kind of risk, also it wont even waste MP due to the cost of fireballs being less than the 3.5 MP/sec.

        Also we have a character that, use a Mana Shield, that gives flat (yes, flat, not normalized) 46% damage reduction that procs with your current Damage Reduction (30%+ being standard at end game), and requires so much precise timing and skill to use, like, pressing the button anytime, even when someone is combing the hell out of her.

        Basically the scrub earn almost 7 MP/hit + highly chance of 7~10~15+ MP from items and titles, plus, her natural 3.5 regen/sec.

        Oh, you got catched? Press Mana Shield, be a huge tank at cost of 20MP, wait for enemy combo KD you, then you have almost 300~400 MP to do whatever you want, like, forcing Mana Break with Binding Circle, the ~SO~ difficult, so high risk, no reward skill.

        Then, youre free to unleash Chain Lightning doing 10K per hit, generating mana with 6k~hit thunders from xzz, and yet, save enough mana for another binding circle, or even Meteor/Lightning shower, plus a mana break if you get caught aftewards.

        Then, what do next? Flee like a pro, wait for Meditation, or let the enemy attack you to proc all your MP gain ~so skillfuly~ mechanic with Mana Shield.

        My friend, what i have to say to you is, it isn’t me who have to learn, it’s you. To consider Aisha’s nerfs unnecessary, guess you kinda lose some matches, and, loosing with such ~high risk, no reward~ class like EM, yes, you need to learn.

          and regardless of your garbage PVP hellhole, there IS a PVE element to the game, and characters DO have a need to be effective in that completely seperate from PVP trash. try thinking outside your little arena enough to understand the problem here. nerfing PVE for the sake of PVP is pants-on-head retarded because the two gameplay modes should not, by rights, influence eachother.

            If you know that i was talking about arena, why bother replying?

            It isn’t my fault that KOG doesn’t know how to use its own system, that give skills different effects, mechanics and damage from pve to pvp

            Oh, and the “fragile” wizard, is actually who gets more HP from anyone else from items. Elsword items give, like, 3~5k of white HP, meanwhile, Aisha, they receive 10k~15k of white HP.
            White HP on items aren’t normalized, it’s flat HP increase, unlike of green HP, that can be capped and normalized or even totally ignored if you reach the cap. .

            The highest Magic Defense in the game, with almost 50% of damage mitigation coming from a 20mp skill that doesn’t require any kind of timming to be used.

            And, gains MP like shit, to mana break whatsoever.

            I Kinda doesn’t know what cancer do you guys have. The facts are here, yet, insists of being completely blind and acting like utterly scrubs.

            Keep doing this, and Elsword will become the so scrub oriented Grand Chase, with billions of active players.

            Are you comparing RS’s equipment values with EM/DW’s? That’s comparing the worst equipment HP values to the best; of course there’s a huge difference. LP also happens to get the same amount of HP as EM/DW from equipment.

            Also, Add. Damage and any damage over time will get past Mana Shield, so the damage mitigation shouldn’t be that much. It also takes 30 MP, so that puts them further from a Mana Break.

            There’s also the fact that Aisha’s wakeup teleports have no invulnerability, which means the only ‘safe’ option on wakeup is standing still.

            If you’re going to complain about something, actually figure out what problems they already have.

          So you’re telling me you have a problem with anything Aisha can take to pvp? Not to mention the fact that your example requieres aisha to already have at least 30% damage red from sockets/costumes.

          Can you show us how an Aisha should be played without getting salt? With video evidence if you please

    This is hilarious, nerfing Aisha again? Aisha, especially VP, is practically unplayable in dungeons to the point where i’m about to drop my VP and just say screw it and quit! What’s the point of re-balancing based off of suggestions from people, no I lied, from haters in PvP? VP needs so many buffs that’s it’s literally sad to look at this nerf. Teleport cost is understandable since some people still spam it greatly -not pointing fingers- But, seriously, plasma cutter damage decrease!? That skill needed a damn Increase in its damage because it’s so weak! Especially in PvP! Honestly, KOG. Your re-balances aren’t even rebalances. They’re just:

    Buff Elsword (all the time)
    Nerf every other character.

    I expected to see Aisha nerfs because people don’t know how to face them properly. It’s really sad to see this, i’m probably going to end up quitting Elsword anyways so I don’t care.

      Seriously? You think they buff Elbrat too much? He’s been rendered completely obsolete ever since Elesis came along. Anything he can do, she can do better. He’s pretty much the weakest character overall in PVE and PVP. (When taking the combined classes into account. Obviously, CN is the weakest class. But CE and CBS do well enough for Eve to still be one of the stronger characters.) LK has been one of the worst off classes since forever. (While GM’s rule in PVP is now undisputed since CA just got nerfed.) IS’ Sword Shield that everyone was whining about just got nerfed into the ground. And does RS even have anything going for him in PVE ever since the ST Revamp gutted Sword Fire? He certainly has nothing going for him in PVP after Season 3 nerfed his damage output to appease the whiners except for that stupid projectile reflection passive. And let’s not forget how the Velder ending cutscene was mostly about him getting the living **** beat out of him only for big sister Elesis to save him at the last second…..

      I’m still trying to figure out why the game is named after him.

        Really? My LK could beat Elesis’ jobs just fine actually. You think Elsword pales against Elesis? A lot of good Elboy players would argue about that. Sure, Elesis move faster and has more debuffs and an offensive-based Stoic that she can activate even when attacked, but Elsword can use his Stoic much more often(Skill note and less mana usage.) and his gauge can be used both offensively and defensively, unlike Elesis who is more focused on offense.(Very obvious when in blue aura as Elsword could easily gain more mana unlike Elesis who doesn’t gain an increased mana gain when hit.)

        Elsword in the Velder cutscene was caught off-guard by Chloe since he was already tired from the constant fighting, while Elesis isn’t.(Seriously, take into account the fatigue of the person.) And Elsword could annihilate the whole demon army if he were at full strength using his Hyper Active.(Guess why Aisha didn’t, or rather, couldn’t teleport Elsword, since she’s out of mana. See just how tired they were?) Elesis on the other hand would have been not as tired as Elsword since she’s got a whole battalion of the Red Knights at her command, unlike Elsword with only 3 other people to help him.

        Now as for the VP revamp, KOG is slowly adjusting the characters to their respective difficulty.(VP having a Hard difficulty to use.)

        There is NO WEAKEST CLASS here. It depends on your skill and creativity on how you use a character. CN is not the weakest of Eve’s classes. Rather, she’s the hardest class to use out of the three, and is the hardest to master out of the three.(It’s not even an understatement to say that she’s the hardest class to play in-game.)

        RS shares the same problem as CN. Sure, he’s in ways easier to use than CN, but he’s way harder to use than LK and IS. Sure, his combos are easy to perform, the problem is if you know when to perform said combo You need to know what skill to use, what combo to use, and how to connect the two. That and you gotta watch out for your mana.

        I could even say something for EM but I already gave one on an earlier post here.

          Shut up. Beating bad players does not mean anything. There are bad players of every class.

          Try comparing LK and GM’s actual skills, damage modifiers, etc. (Power Break is a much better Armor Break, LK has no equivalent to Provoke, GMs rarely even use Sword of Victory because their opponents never live long enough to warrant it like Armageddon Blade is a core LK skill and inferior to SoV in every way, etc.) or fight a GM player that knows what s/he’s doing.

          Or better yet. Just make a Ring of Fury GM with a +10 Mech MK3 Claymore with triple Water then get back to me if you think LK can do anything nearly as devastating as taking out over half an opponent’s health in a single combo while having a high chance of the victim not being able to get away even if they do get to mana break.

          Same goes for RS vs BH. BH can score 20k+ Mega Slash crits and keep the combo going. And has an actual catching game unlike RS. And can kill Fire resist. Three stacks of burn hurts like hell and even ignores defenses.

          CA….. can win matches by just standing there and using Stoic – Strong. No. Seriously. And if she actually fights back, chances are the only way you will win is through time out. You are not killing a CA that knows what s/he’s doing. IS has nothing that can compare to mana breaks doing damage + health recovery.

Alexias’ made very valid points but you refused to listen to reasoning, but what the heck, I’m not going to bother to reason with you since you seem to be having a temper tantrum of a 5 year old.

            If you really think Elboy is weak, to be honest, he isn’t, you just don’t know how to play him, if you think you do, judging the comments I’ve read, they say otherwise.

Most people complaining about this ‘rebalance’ are pvpers who in fact whined for the rebalance that we’re looking at in the first place and these always seem to trickle over and ruin PvE for people that don’t even care about pvp….*sigh*

          With the constant spamming of skills I don’t think MM users are gonna have that much of a problem with the extra mp gain as you probably won’t even manage to fill the mutation points in PVP.(And as you said, you have Mana Potions in Dungeons.) And pure PVE people would just have to adapt to the changes. Besides, think of it this way, more handicap means the game would be harder, and the harder the game, the more fun it is to clear it. It’s a challenge right in front of us.

      You can get more mana and XZZ/XXZZ doesn’t contribute to knockdown, which means more skill spamming, which means more damage, and it also makes Memorize more useful, so it’s fine really~

    I still stand by that KOG should follow what other companies do for pvp, have SEPERATE DAMAGE STATS FOR SKILLS IN PVE AND PVP, so that way, if you nerf a class in pvp, they wont be gimped in pve

      Well im agreed with u. There still ppl out there only pve. If ppl were complaining how op a class in pvp, they shud just adjust the pvp effect instead of nerf the whole skill which affect pve as well. From wat i’ve seen so far, the only reason KOG make character rebalance is only for pvp purpose. They don even care pve players. KOG: Elsword is too strong, ok we nerf Aisha. Thats how they doing their job. Believe me, they will later upgrade their skill again, then nerf again. Unlimited cycles.

    Man, I’m not hurt much by this patch. Except for the fact that they nerf Rushing Sword a bit too much. I was expecting the nerf anyway, but I didn’t expect KoG to nerf the damage from 652% down to 481%, that was almost 25%!!! This skill is the main source of damage for GM, so it hurt me quite a lot. T-T

    At least can’t they give Waltz of Sword a bit damage buff for Rushing Sword? Like 10%, that would make 481 into about 520 which is kinda okay for me…….

    The majority of players whining on aisha nerfs probs never used aisha right or played as the victim using underpowered classes. I’m sorry to say but I do agree some needs buffing, KOG you forgot to fix Aisha’s mana shield reducing Berserker blade. And any defense buff reduxing berserker blade.

      Berserker Blade’s note makes it ignore specifically defense. It is not a glitch that damage reduction reduces the damage of noted Berserker Blade, because damage reduction is different from defense.
      Also, other than the on-hit MK-3 5 piece effect, I don’t think anything that buffs defense exists anymore; it’s all buffs to damage reduction.

      I think they should prioritize fixing some bugs on certain characters especially for BMs like one flash hitstuns and wolf fang hitbox when used at point blank range. I also consider a revamped berserker blade where there is a slight launch or delay before KD so the core can still hit enemies. And I totally agree with the noted berserker blade being reduced by defensive buffs.

    Well i play aisha in NA and its kinda impossible to play without mana shield do to the many buffs in add and other players not pointing fingers nerfing her is somewhat arousing cosidering she has amazing play dont complain about mana shield when u can actually out put more damage than we can deal in skills a good combo without mana shield is death for aisha i should know i tried it alredy from a lvl 45 RF :D a lvl 45 rf vs aisha no mana shield death in lets put 30 secs? dont complain plz just learn how to play better ive seen players take out tanky aishas with full 400 mp or whateves that my friend is skills not complains to nerf a poor class thats a dying breed in pvp alredy so please ur welcomed to get some better skills or better gear eighther way i think ull do fine have a nice day mates

    I guess the solution for pvp chicken MM is not bad. But i wish it can be changed more instead of a straight nerf.
    For example instead of gaining a straight +10mp, give a 5-10 sec buff that gives increased mana regen like magic necklace for 10-20% when attacking and attacked perhaps?

    that will give players the incentive to actually attack normally instead of running around.

    I say ‘MM’ got nerfed too hard… I mean, the point is, MM can deal damage through spamming skills like DA, Flick Disk, then Delayed Explosion… and having no B-Slots makes it harder for him to have Install Skills for MP Gain and Low-MPcost High-Damage skills… and I don’t see why KoG had to nerf Phantom Seeker, after all, you can just Mana Break through the first one and not worry about the rest… ans that’s like his only awesome map sweeper. MM is known for his DF Mana Gain, I should say, and I think KoG should’ve not decreased New Update’s stacks… Man, I don’t know, I think I’ll switch to LP or DiE when this nerf patch gets applied

All MM players are probably going to have a hard time PVPing. And why nerf his Mana Gain when you could’ve done so along with increasing his HP? Add has no chance against a BM/Rena (All classes) that know what they are doing, he is just so squishy that CA can kill him in less than 45 seconds, it’s disappointing… Now that MM has no DF Mana Gain, purple race will no longer rule Elrios.

    I like how they never consider giving Aisha actual movement speed. They just nerf her only source of ground breaking movement. I bet if they deleted teleport, increased her running speed and gave her some decent dash commands then no one would complain. It would also keep her from wasting a skill slot on teleport.

    Also lol, people in the comments suggesting they nerf manashield further? I run 27% red on my Aisha and even when I put manashield up I still take a lot of damage. Aishas catch game isn’t as effortless as Add’s, so to compensate she needs to be more of a tank than him, deal with it. A lot of her moves are way easier to punish than his, and she depends on mp way more than he does to remain a threat.
