3/19 Patch Notes

# Content

1. Secret Dungeon Revamp
– Secret Dungeons are revamped. Sander secret dungeon added. Play and rewarding methods changed.
– Difficulty all unified into ‘Hell’. ‘Luto Mode’ entrance method changed.
– Can obtain new Lv.80 secret dungeon equipments. Only lvl70 secret dungeon equipments can be upgraded using provided upgrade method within certain time interval into lvl.80

# Event

1. Secret Dungeon Revamp and Sander Secret Dungeon event
–  2015 03 19 ~ 2015 04 02
– Characters in Lv.1 ~ Lv.59 get 150%EXP bonus so they can get to secret dungeons faster
– Characters over Lv.60 gets 3(weekdays),6(weekends) ‘Luto’s entrance ticket'(secret dungeon ticket) per ID per login.
– Secret Dungeon Daily quest clear will give additional reward ‘Unknown Medal’ that can be exchanged for other town medals.
– Clear ‘[EVENT] Luto’s Trace’ daily quest to get Luto’s Trace one piece item!

# Cash Shop

1. New Pet : Medusa Packag
– 2015 03 19 ~ 2015 03 26
– Package also contains El Tree Fruit x25 and Pet Toy(30 days), Pet Fetch Aura x1

# Changes

[Guild Base / Guild Storage]
1. Mailbox added to Guild base. More features will be added in the future.
2. Community window’s character location changed to display Guild Base.

4. Fixed Socket effect display disappearing when using Guild Storage.
5. Fixed problem where not all Guild members were visible in Guild base.

[Quest]
1. ‘(Skill Note) Toma’s memory’ quest deleted as it’s no longer necessary.

[Item]
1. Ara Star academy top, bottom visual error fixed.
2. Add Salvatore Gaia top visual error fixed.
3. Fixed problem where Z attacks were not working when equipping Ciel’s EO Gunblade.

[Other]
1. 1 minute ‘regathering’ debuff added when canceling dungeon random matching when confirm/cancel window appears.
2. Fixed so ESC won’t cancel dungeon matching when confirm/cancel window appears.
3. Confirm/Cancel window duration increased from 10s to 15s
4. Super Armor revamp
All characters and monsters that are in super armor will pause for a certain time when hit.
It’s not a long enough pause but now super armor state have vulnerability to get user’s movement delayed when being hit by multiple hits or by multiple people. Giant bosses excluded.

    Again with costumes affecting your attacks outside of stats? How is that even possible?

    Medusa would have been cute if they didn’t give her a snake tail >_<

    What’s the ****ing point of the super armor hitstun?

    Not only does it go against the very concept of super armor, but the only one who will truly be hurt by this is Elbrat, who’s already the overall weakest character.

        all fine and well for korea, but another “fuck you” to every other server. is anyone shocked? nope.

        thus indirectly changing the minimum level for obtaining hypers without cashing… they really are bent on sucking the fun out of the game, aren’t they.

        it’s like they WANT to drive pserv development.

          I didn’t say that to justify it, I was just saying that Elboy wasn’t the only one affected by it.

          I don’t like it either. Super Armor is supposed to COMPLETELY BLOCK hitstun, not just shorten it. It ain’t even Super Armor anymore, just decreased hitstun.

          Matchup ain’t changed at all, it’s always allowed anyone to fight anyone of any level. Only limitation was rank. That needs to be fixed.

          The only way I can see the lvl 80 Secrets being justified is if they change the quests for Hyper Active.

            rereading the notes I may have misread before my irritation detonated me; however, the changes they’ve made, regardless of possible misunderstandings, do nothing to make me smile upon SDs. I’ve always seen them as horribly broken and having them all unified into “extra broken” mode just kills the idea more for me.
            anyone who was getting their rectum devastated by SDs before is all the worse off for that. and having them give no EXP on top of that is a defacto “level cap is the minimum level” change since it’s one less benefit to going near them prior to ceasing to need EXP.

            admittedly, I’ve avoided SDs since waaaaaaaay back before hangame haxxed an IP block into the game client for the jp version, when I foolishly thought I could try to solo wally’s secret lab; I’d never died as many times in one run as that one SD trip, and I’ve never died as many times in one run since. and not even blatant “you done fucked up” deaths, but stupid shit like death by poison/burning since invariably every cluster of mobs would have at least one superarmored thing with DoT. I’ll admit that DoT stuff makes me grouchy. they might have gotten somewhat less broken more recently without my knowing, but given kog`’s proclivities I find that unlikely.

            also, the “get in queue for a party” thing is an automatching system. and it IS changed, see: “1. 1 minute ‘regathering’ debuff added when canceling dungeon random matching when confirm/cancel window appears.” for detail.
            I’ve hated the whole “can’t get back in line for five minutes if something ends your dungeon run prematurely” thing it’s had right along, and now they’re effectively punishing you for having to cancel the matching or if for some reason you aren’t able to hit it in time, e.g. having a family member pull you AFK unexpectedly; with as stupid as the system is, I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve been queued and there’ll be 5+ people in line and it’ll randomly want to have me go solo. if I wanted to solo I wouldn’t get in the goddamn queue in the first place. they should have kept the old party list in addition to adding automatching, instead of forcing the automatching issue.
            while automatching has made it easier to get a party for a given run, it’s made a huge mess of trying to KEEP a party together if you didn’t know everyone in it beforehand.
            and I should probably shut up before I go into an even longer tirade about all the choices they’ve made in the past couple years that I disagree with.

            I thought you meant arena matchup XD though looking back I should have realized what you meant. And yeah, that is dumb.

            My IS can do decent enough in SDs, the main problem was soloing. I honestly don’t even remember a time when I thought I could solo one, though despite that I have a feeling I did try once. As for the ‘horribly broken’ part, well… tbh, who does secrets for EXP? The EXP lessens with a higher DIFFERENCE in level cap, don’t matter if it’s higher or lower than yours, so really, not the best place to level grind anyway. They’re meant to CHALLENGE you! That’s why you could only get Dual Stones using the Bethbites OBTAINED FROM THEM! AND THEY’RE THE ONLY PLACES THEY DROP!

            My IS uses two DoT effects: Bleed and Burn. Honestly, they both helped a lot, but I sometimes died to poison (Not burn because I had 500 fire resist) and Light and Water are annoying too.

            Also I took another look myself and realized they didn’t mention the dungeons themselves increasing in level, just the items. Kinda foolish of me XD

        Drastic Charge? Leap? lol

        Stoic – Strong is her super armor activation skill. And it knocks the opponent down before they can even do anything. Let alone slow her down.
