Kinda interested in Elysion. Not going to lie.
So, I’ve been thinking…..
Is Solace is going to be the final boss? Or are they actually going to fight that demon god after beating up Solace and freeing the El Lady? (Or….. worse scenarios. Know how Ouro the last Xel’naga gave Kerrigan his powers and she went Super Saiyan at the end of Starcraft 2? Replace “Ouro” with “El Lady” and “Kerrigan” with “Elesis”, who even already turned gold after getting possessed earlier.)
I mean, it would be awfully sad if the demon storyline actually ended with Scar when some of the earliest demon minibosses like Proxy the Nimble put up much more of a fight and could actually kill you…..
We still have to go to Ara’s hometown, which is where I think we’ll get Drabaki 2.0 cause thats where he is and Ran is still out there as well.
And Velder is still occupied by the glitter army and dark elves.
And we never got the obvious counterattack on the demon realm arc.
And Wally is still alive and trapped on Altera as of Add retcons.
And there’s still a demon god trapped beneath the earth.
And Berthe could still be alive in the demon realm but KOG has never made it clear whether or not he’s just one guy that keeps coming back (ElType) and still lives on in the demon realm (GoD S3) or if Berthe is just a species of demon or what.
And Aisha is still missing her full power.
And Alex is still out there. Going unpunished for being an asshole.
And Eve still has a lot of inactive Nasod to deal with.
And Ara still has to get Fahrmann’s El back for Eun.
And Add….. eh, he’ll probably lose interest in Eve after seeing Solace’s collection of more advanced Nasod toys.
And Lu is still loli cancer.
And Ciel has still not been caught by the FBI.
And Rose….. can go home. Shortest dimension hopping adventure ever~.
And the true evil mastermind William is still at large!
So what storylines did they resolve?
Elbrat found Elesis.
Rena….. saved Ruben’s El. That’s all she had to do. Right?
Chung saved his father from demonic corruption….. only for Helputt to blow himself up shortly afterwards.
Elesis killed Scar and then went Super Saiyan to stop his boss.
Kayak died.
Karis died.
Solace will probably die because KOG decided to hit him with the villain bat.
And they save the El Lady.
…..Or is the El Lady going to magick away all the unresolved plot lines?

Endgame is right, the meeting with ran was BEFORE they entered sander, right after he escaped cause ara didn’t want ran to be killed

Yeah. KOG totally forgot about her. How could they? I mean, they could have had her make her glorious return by coming in and saving the group at the last second in Velder!
But alas, it’s another loose end that KOG is unwilling to tie up. (Like Velder!) You’re just going to have to take your disappointment in Elsa never showing up and let it go.

I reread the Talkmeet post:
-* Level cap to 99 on 6/16(Thurs)
-*Epic quests go up to level 90. Have to level up with secret dungeons(or other stuff) for the rest.

-*Elsword’s story(Epic Quests) ends in Elysion. No more stories beyond that.
So….. that’s it? These two stages are the last two stages?!
KOG is lazy as fuck that they can’t even go all out for the ending. They’re half-assing THAT too. The final area is going to have less stages than all the other areas before it. (Save Neo-Ruben + Elder. Ruben used to have six stages + a secret dungeon. Then they axed the original 1-1 then condensed Ruben to 3 stages years later. Elder also had a cave level between Shadow Forest and Banthus’ Cave.)
Can they at least make the ending cutscene longer than 1 minute this time? I doubt it. They couldn’t even give the secret stages videos after giving 2-X one.
Can they at least make Solace higher than tutorial boss difficulty since he’s going to be the final boss? Or is he going to be another Scar?
Eh, at least Elsword is actually getting an ending. Grand Chase wasn’t so lucky…..
They were going to give Elysion a 6th stage but then they remembered they gave Hamel 7.
The director said Level 99 will be the final level cap FOR NOW because he saw it as a really big inconvenience to alot of players if they just did the Typical Lv.90 > Lv.95 > Lv.100 etc. so he just made it 99 so everyone could just get it out of the way and be done with leveling for a long while.
Also, he also did say that he may change his mind and increase the level cap even further in the future.
Lastly, this isnt the end of Elswords story. There are still places on the Elrios map still clouded beyond Elysion. We still have to find and deal with Ran and the demons that are left (like Drabaki). So yeah, Story Quest stop at 90, but that doesnt mean the story ends there.
I get feeling Els will shut down before we get chance for that.
Unless some crazy good chara revamp+dungy stuff comes along later this year
i believe there was a meeting with KOG and one mention that Elsword wont be shutting down for a long time. So..that probably wont happen. It seems that they still got some plans still.

well, if I read that right, we just need to worry about lv90 sockets. and it seems like lv91-99 will actually lessen what you need for that 1%

Not gonna lie. Elysion look so Divine and Cool compare to any other places. It’s look like they spent quite amounts of effort to the Art and Graphic.
this is like diablo 3 now, but still, thanks for giving us something than nothing :D

Those wolfs make me happy.
There is no clear video for Elysion in this patch.
There are only two possibilities:
-There are going to be more stages.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOR…..
-KOG is half-assing things so much that they couldn’t even have a fucking Elysion clear video up in time.
Let us not forget that Lanox’s ending video came out around a month after 9-6 its self.
However, 10-3 launched with the elevator video. So who knows?

GUYS! I TOTALLY GOT IT! THERE MUST BE AT LEAST 1 MORE DUNGEON BECAUSE 10-5 IS ONLY FOR 84-87 LEVELS AND THEY SAID ABOUT THE EPIC QUESTS UNTIL 90!!!! YEYYY
It would appear the story quests added for the update do not conclude the story, not to mention the boss of 10-5 is some new Nasod and not Solace. So there will probably be at least one new stage for the final battle. (Maybe one where they beat up Solace and free the El Lady, and then the final battle with the demon god. Because if there is ONE loose end that needs to be tied up…..)
However, there’s no room to fit a new stage on the Elysion select screen unless they put it in the sky or something.

However, after someone summed up the Elysion story quests and said that Solace is hiding beneath the Adrian Shelter/Palace/Abode, I see a spot towards the right they could fit one more stage. (Near the clouds that are possibly hiding where it might be.)

I think Elsword will live on as long as they keep adding new costumes and characters. Although the main thing is that at this point third jobs might be a reality, if they find a creative way to develop them then it could give this stagnating game a decent revival.
