very satisfied with this comic. lu was kawaii and not a b*tch. i loved it. Ciel had a nice side to show as well.
It’s bad enough that they killed off Karis in the first place.
Then they had to shit all over her by showing base Lu fending off the at the time endgame boss in both an animated trailer AND in her tutorial. (Although she wasn’t the endgame boss by the time that came out. No. Elesis got the honor of beating up the current endgame boss in her tutorial! How are we supposed to take the demons as a serious threat when their leaders keep getting beaten up in tutorials?!)
…..Now she’s reduced to nothing more than Ciel’s recurring nightmare of the one time where the evil boobie demon almost killed him. Yes, I’m sure that must have been a horrific experience for a pedophile who actually gave a “flat is justice” speech in another comic. (Only for Rena to give him another thing to have a nightmare about. The time the evil boobie elf sent him flying!)
Why the hell are Lu and Ciel getting more comics anyway? They already had two ElType comics they were centric to and those other two comics that came out around the time of their release. They don’t need more exposure.
Fuck, their storyline is practically done. Karis was dead before they even joined the group. Lu could just swoop in and retake her throne that Karis stole from her. AND Scar’s territory to because why the hell not? They have no reason to even go to Elysion with the others.
You clearly don’t know the storyline, dude. Karis wasn’t the ONLY one to betray Lu. We don’t know who all betrayed her, we just know that it was Karis’s idea, and since it was her idea, she got to have the “pleasure” of being the one to attempt to kill Lu. For all we know, Ran could have gotten his powers from Lu, too, and then betrayed her, and we don’t know what happened to him. Then there’s always In and Jin. We don’t know anything other than that they were Scar’s little henchmen. We don’t know if they were connected to Lu and the betrayal, nor do we know if they managed to escape after we kicked their ass in the final dungeon. Lu and Ciel’s stories have SO MANY missing pieces of information. Just like everyone else’s stories. Such as: will Aisha ever find the ring that stole her powers? Will Ara ever save her brother? Will Eve ever successfully revive the nasod race? Will Raven ever feel as though he has righted all his wrongs and be able to live a normal life again? Quit bitching and enjoy the media they come out with. Don’t like it? Make your own game and do shit how you think it should be done.
The intro clearly shows that it was Karis who backstabbed Lu and sealed her away. So there’s no doubt as to who benefited from Lu going bye bye.
Whether or not someone else like Scar put her up to it is not made clear. Although it is doubtful since Ran, Karis, and Scar all have contradictory goals. (Ran was looking for the El Lady. Karis wanted to conquer Elrios and get revenge on the angels that are apparently nasod. Or a completely scrapped storyline. Scar wanted the return of the giant evul hand so it could destroy Elrios for reasons.)
…..We still don’t even know what the glitters were aiming to accomplish in Velder. Artea was kidnapped, sure. But if Scar commands the glitters, then why the hell weren’t they in Lanox? You’d think Scar would want the demon army that actually had a SUCCESSFUL conquest under their belts around to defend the exalted giant evul hand with their cannons, proper military tactics, etc. instead of some blue guys that ineptly claw at opponents.
Which is all besides the point. The point being that Lu is loli cancer and that KOG did a terrible thing by trying to import Japan’s lolicon sickness to South Korea.
