Shared Critical Trait – Critical Trait changed from 100% Ignore Defense ⇒ 50% Ignore(25% in PvP).
Blade Master Dash Jump ZZZZ – Fixed problem of Dash Jump ZZZZ attack hitbox lasting longer than attack motion.
Veteran Commander Overheat – Amount of key inputs needed for overheat decreased
Mercenary Survival Strategy – level 1 effect changed as follows

Physical Defense 10% ⇒ Physical Defense 12.5%

    It is just me who think that they should fiz the minor problems before try to do this balance crazy patches? Like, Raven having a crazy passive in base class? Or caracters that have comands and skills of who should only hit foward but his bugged hitbox make then hit behind ? I dont know, but i think that should be the way to go.

      if they nerfed the enemy as well, I might think gimping the players was justified. but if all they’re going to do is gimp the players and make the enemies more and more busted (like they’ve done in the past)…

      well, we all know they live on getting people to spend $$$$ trying to get +12 or whatever the highest 0.0000000000001% success 99% breakage chance upgrade is these days, but it’s a shame they don’t try to hide it.

      That’s actually a good point. For pvp its good but pve wise not so much. If they were to start implementing different tool tips, it’d have to start with ejection buster i guess. Unless they’re planning on a completel overhaul where all the skills get seperate tooltips.

      maybe they are trying to force users to do party plays? don’t know, ejection buster has a huge range and really fast activation, reducing its damage is not the real way to balance it but its something

      What are you talking abaut, this is one of the best thing KoG have done, Critical trait is broken and one of the reason people get one shooted by Ignition Crow or Saber – Extinction now days whit not even a chance to MB or mabye MB in time cause your HP is aredy as low for you opponent win easy, so atleast they are not removing it from game (i wish they would)

      all of them. the consequence of KOG` refusing to make things work differently between two dissimilar modes of play is that PVE suffers continually for the sake of obnoxious PVPfags who think all games that have PVP exist only for PVP.

        In all fairness MM, gets nerfed with almost every patch while his brothers generally go unscathed or even buffed at times. MM gets all the hate from KoG so technically add still does get nerfed… only reason MM doesn’t seem to be nerfed is cause pretty much every MM you come across are fairly heavily geared and aren’t stupid enough to rely on 1 specific style to win I.E. Phantom spam when he first came out, Fury->Prism after renewals just to name a couple that were popular and now utterly unviable.

            Panzer is so garbage it’s not even funny. It’s never been a good skill and the only reason it’s remotely relevant right now is cause of critical which in case you hadn’t noticed gets a severe nerf. My 100k crit with panzer will probs drop to 60k crit which btw I deal more damage than that with chaser alone so why the fuck would I bother with panzer?

        GM has been one combo killing everyone before it was cool with just +10 weapons.

        GM has enjoyed having the most ridiculously broken defensive passive in the game.

        GM has enjoyed having her newer >>XXX which I cannot stress enough how stupid stupid stupid it is.

        GM has enjoyed all the other bullshit favoritism that comes with being Elesis. (Don’t tell me her older hitstun with the bigger pushback that allowed her to jump out of certain combos in lag wasn’t intentional.)

        Her nerfs were a long time coming.

          Before character revamp GrM was the shittiest class ever together with CN, i know they buff her way too much, but even with this nerf i think it’s still better than playing CBS….

          i guess i will have to deal whit it :/

            GM was never not broken. Ever. Her kit is just too damn good. Even now it’s +12 weapons for everyone and Aisha, Eve, and DE having better catching games/access to resources that finally knocked her down. She used to be the undisputed queen of one combo kills. (Whereas others needed to be comboing an Add to pull that one off.) Now anyone kills anyone in one combo.

            Nor can GM ever be considered the worst class when at no point in time will she ever NOT be a superior version of LK, who has only ever been worse than another class because NW was shit until the ST Revamp buffed her, YR’s godawful initial release state (She had a hard time getting away from that stigma in KR long after they fixed her.), or when CN and DW were nerfed down beneath him. (Only to later rise to the top.)

For a class to deserve a nerf after she was pre nerfed. After they nerfed even her dodge and slash which became Dash and slash, after the nerfed her defensive passive, after they nerfed all her passive but they just brought back her Z active back. In NA, there is no pvp modifier right now so i am pretty sure that z nerf is still there. And your saying she deserves another nerf. LOOK AT THAT SABER EXTINCTION NERF> yes it is op but tell me other class does not have a skill that one shots in dungeon or pvp. They nerf it to 488%. I am pretty sure when i use saber extinction in dungeon. I won’t even do anything and start struggling in dungeon why my sisters (CRA, BH) are being a boss in pve and pvp.

          Now we talk about cbs nerf. Ok we know that it was stupid to nerf her so hard like that, but she was just to disgusting. That people trolled with cbs even in sparr by shooting you to the sky ( while you sing i believe i can fly). Sry for cbs but i don’t feel any pity. She gotta suffer for a bit. She enjoyed her time tho.

      50% defense ignore on pve is still quite large and it forces you to use wind orbs, ice atributte or party member with defense reducing skills (we still need a mdef reducing active tho); it actually adds a little more difficulty to the game

    KOG doesn’t accept feedback from other servers, that’s why they kill some characters and break others. KOG doesn’t know what balance means.

      You may see everyone and their mother whine about Rose in NA, but in KR everyone still hates her and thus nobody plays her.

      Same goes for Chung. Hardly anyone plays him in KR so KOG keeps buffing him to try to encourage people to play him. But he’s more common in NA.

      …..But everyone in all the regions are playing DE. So they can’t nerf him lest they bring about the end that they are actually trying to avoid for as long as possible.

      kog` doesn’t care about proper feedback. kog` cares about popularity. buffs go to the unpopular, nerfs go to the popular, and random exceptions are made for their own preferences.

        Knight’s Destiny was helluva drug back before the mass +12 weapons and defense ignore skills for everyone. (Which just got nerfed.)

        Everyone associates CA with survivability because of the healing, but they’ve all overlooked the huge amounts of defense mitigation + resistances that GM got. Get her below 50% HP and she suddenly became a lot harder to kill.

        And then they slapped on the status immunity at 25% HP thing. What the fuck were they thinking?!

        “Oh, but Agility Mastery is better!” They said….. even though it was bugged and did nothing for the longest time.

          Yeah personally I have to admit GrM’s passive was a little too good ahaha. Still kinda upsets me that while I’m glad they nerfed her passive, they still haven’t really done a whole lot to IP and YR which are the other top classes this season. As for the status immunity, after it got nerfed to 15% it became practically pointless xD as for defense mitigation, other than SoV resistance piercing (Thank GOD they got rid of that) she’s been constantly nerfed after that. Power Break doesn’t stack anymore so RIP defense piercing, the resistances lowered by it got decreased as well. They nerfed the proc rate increase from Annihalation aura from 25% to 20%. And overall her defense mitigation has been slowly nerfed over balance patches. Personally I wish KoG would actually make GrM have a clear stat build =w=; as it stands they can’t decide their mind between Speed vs Defense builds… Oh well. Personally I prefer just stacking full speed and going all in xD overall as long as they don’t overnerf GrM again after this (Knowing KoG they probably will. her damage buff to the party needs to get nerfed to hell though. That thing is broken as heck) I think she’ll be a solidly high tier character without being super “unbalanced”. Although we don’t have ERP yet so I couldn’t say how much the -25% MP cost is gonna help. But that 210 SoV definitely looks attractive >.>

    They should know by now that PVE and PVP are two different things. They nerf based on PVP and the character keeps getting worse and worse in PVE.

    Actually, I think KOG hás a broken system on the root program, and they simply can’t unchange it now. I don’t ser other reasons for the poor ballances.

    I’m certain they don’t play their own game.

We NEED that skill. It’s damage is good, it’s activation speed is good, with the right trait it’s hit count is even better and with Annihilation it’s even better.

        Hmmm CrA is kinda OP in PVE o.o She could proc like nobody’s business, sure she was impossible to kill because Crimson Cleric is too good for death, but honestly while Ejection Buster got nerfed, it doesn’t mean that much with the high ends of PVE, since people have such high power gear, this nerf is pretty minor. It’s like if I said “ok lets nerf LP’s NAC”. Well sure that’s a hard hit to LP players but NAC isn’t the only thing they can do. Their Special Active damage is pretty insane. CrA may use Ejection Buster religiously, but now its just used in specific situations over using it the second the cooldown was available like most BH players with Sword Fire or GrM players with SoV and saber (I’m a GrM player btw so I’m including myself lol)

    Blood cutter isnt even good anymore and often bugged out passing units instead. In the first place for Blood Cutter to deal full hits need to be cast at melee range..
    poor CrA… deep condolences for scrub CrA players out there (non sparky weap)

      I mean I agree with the separation of PVE and PVP thing definitely xD but while ejection buster is godly, she does have other skills, like her new Shade skill for bossing, or Brutal Cutter for some really nasty command damage. You just have to adjust to a different playstyle xD sure it sucks and all, but everyone gets heavily nerfed eventually. And tbh CrA imo was a little too strong in PVE. She could just brainlessly run past all the enemies with little to no effort on planning for MP or anything since her new T. passives are busted xD plus with ERP coming out soon these nerfs are sort of necessary since the damage on all special actives is gonna be boosted by approximately 35% at max levels of ERP, so the damage nerfs and CD nerfs aren’t going to be as apparent. It’s a necessary nerf before she gets OP again xD

    Well these “balances” are fucking fantastic aren’t they. Nerf PvE more, Hit skills no longer needing hitting, Hit skills with minor nerfs, Buff VC?, Ignore RF, Ignore pretty much every char really needing a nerf (Ara, EM, RF, VC ……plz destroy crow with pvp modifiers), where is Elshit’s nerfs? LK and RS are still ridiculously broken, as an Add main I’d like to say he doesn’t need more nerfs but that’s obviously bs LP and DiE are still pretty broken. And what about delay? Delay needs to be nerfed to shit. At the bare minimum halved. Smh, yet again they’ve done wonderfully at “balancing” the game.

      LK isn’t broken. He’s more hate to say the term but, balanced, compared to RS and IS.

        Actually at the higher levels of PVP, LK is much stronger than IS. IS can hit really hard and a lot but, at higher levels that’s overshadowed heavily by LK’s damage xD At the highest levels I’ve seen LK’s hit over 80k on their normals. And that’s pretty common even without broken gear.

    Still have yet to really see some changes focusing on stuns, counters to stuns, etc. The whole thing needs a revamp.

    Regardless, this is a good first step to take. Critical skills will now no longer auto win. The tanking nerfs as a result are because critical skills were a direct counter to it, but they didn’t touch WS or IP. Questionable.

    Other nerfs are related to ERP. Ejection Buster is being treated as a 150 MP now.

    They still need to change the extreme delay on CrA DD, DC SAs.
    And balance out the passives for all classes again lv 99 passives get pretty ridiculous , and the trans passives that got ignored > CrA

    KOG said they’re going to start applying separate tool tips for PVP and PVE respectively. Why is CA’s ejection buster nerfed in PVE as well? That skill shouldn’t even be nerfed to begin with. IT can’t even one shot with a +12. You have skills like Ignition Crow on the other hand that can fucking one shot with a +7. Fuck off?
    They also nerf TT’s red dmg on his TF? But you need MP to fucking get the red dmg? RF on the other hand has a free passive that gives like a free 30% red dmg without any prerequisites? Are you fucking kidding me??
    Don’t even get me started on those “nerfs” for Add. He needs way more than that.

      MM actually got a legitimate nerf…. fission shot going to 2 DMP hurts how quickly he can burst and how hard too by quite a bit, as for the other 2 ya they basicly didn’t get hit. If you wanna complain about chars not getting nerfs then look at IP,DC, Ara, ect ect. Plenty of other chars desperately in need of nerfs didn’t get them. Rather than rhaping the “hate add hype train” take a look at all the other chars too. Plenty of them need nerfs more than add does yet people are still salty about him despite him(DiE) not even being god teir anymore. I’m not against add being nerfed but lets first look at other chars who need it more.

          TF does need a nerf but i a different way.

          making TF gives 0 mp gain in attacking or attacked for TT and his party. thats the real reason why TF is cancer in small maps of pvp. it gives super armor and 5+ mp per second(i think) then there is the traits. increase the cast time or large range. yet, there is no down side to the skill. with all i said, it makes it easy for them to spam siege or normal to gain enough mp to re cast it. with stun got nerf, it became more harder to punish them unless u have a ice related skill. if mp gain was removed while in the shield, TT will only use it to catch then just spamming it to win easily.

But anyway, in my original post I mainly talked about Raven and only gave Add a short bit of complaints. And I didn’t even call out what needed to be nerfed in my original post for Add .
        On top of you also overlooked what I was saying for TT as well. You’re able to get the reduce damage by using MP. You HAVE to sacrifice something in order to get the red damage, while characters like Raven (RF specifically) you don’t need to do anything to have a free 30% red damage that STACKS with your current gear. So if you have 30% red damage the passive automatically gives you 60% as a result. Rather you feel it should have been nerfed or not is irrelevant. It’s completely unfair that certain characters get certain things nerfed while other characters which are way more cancerous don’t get touched.

      She was the one that was one combo killing others with just a +10 weapon before the power creep got even more ridiculous than it is right now with Transcendence, raid weapons and especially the Void weapon.     Simplest pvp balance:
    -fix le freeze frames such that special actives are not auto-catch when used (now players will be forced to put special acitves in their combos not just for cheap catching)
    -why not do the same with awakening(now cheap catching is cut in half)
    -put damage decay in successive hits in pvp (like they did with add’s nasod armor combo but not that ridiculously high)
    -disable all mp regen in pvp (except for mp gain from attacking or attacked )and remove aisha and rena’s charging stance in pvp (now running will not be that effective)
    -all skills with homing capabilities are disabled in pvp (rip magic missiles, guided arrows etc.)
    -return all things with invulnerability frames to the way it is (e.g. dodge and slash more like tank and slash)
    -fix KD computation (seriously it is 2016 already and its like we are playing a 1996 fighting game cause of too much infinite/semi-inifinte combos)
    -do ur balance patches that wont affect pve

    PVE: Critical Trait nerf too bad for players
    PVP: Every class that depends on the critical trait to one shot the opponet really good.

    I dont understand why for PVE they decrease from 100% to 50% and with that the adjust for pvp is 25%, why not to decrease that amount for pvp to 10% or 5% and leave the trait 100% for the pve.

    They really need to create different systems for PvE and PvP

    While you’re at it why not just make all skills disabled and make all Z attacks similar to Aisha and all X attacks similar to elboi.

    Now that’s freaking balance.

    Are you high? MP charge is there since those classes have relatively weak combos or normal attacks so it’s justified. Unless they have some combos like Aras and Ravens or etc then that MP charge should remain. Plus, when the heck are they going to buff Aisha’s X? Those fireballs don’t only cost a lot of MP but are freaking slow and weak.
