    If you realize by now. VP will forever be low tier. They might as well start over with VP, all they ever do is nerf her. As for Add, if you going to do that DP nerf, remove the DP gain nerf.

      um, full duration of ruin pulls you in so much that you get pulled back in even if you manabreak TWICE

      granted she does need reworked (cause tons can’t fucking use her properly), but that ruin nerf was justified.

        There is a glitch on DE’s void field where even if you mana break multiple times you won’t get KD and you will still be stuck in the void field.
        Overall, they need to give VP better skills. I hate Ruins as a VP user. I wish they will give us better skills or maybe even a passive to buff up the gameplay a little.

          I’m afraid you’re mistaken my friend… You’re talking about KD/MB near the end of a platform where you can catch someone as soon as they fall, everyone can do that lol so it’s not only void field it’s everyone

            Nope. It’s not a platform thing. It’s the ground when it is slanted slightly. You don’t fall off a platform. I had this happen to be in Banthaus’s room. In the middle of the map, there is a slight slant on the floor and no matter how much you manabreak, you won’t get KD and you will still be stuck in the void field

        projectiles are nerf in pvp and her guided uses a bit of the attack power to make is guided, in pve it doesn’t metter just remember enable defence igoner with energetic heart and the swip rolloing and kugle blitz

            yeah but it last only 10 sec, so it aint op, you can only shot about 1 thing at the time, the only combination that can shot 2 is swip rolling and kucle blitz, oh i forgot to mention energetic heart is closer its almost the same dmg as amplifid spectrum in trans only, and for a lot of targets its better to use amp cos the attack hits pirces through everything rather than becoming an individual hit like with energetic heart where the attack power gets subdivide betwin the amount of targets, and with that making it less powerful

        also, why keep nerfing shadow step, that shit is predictable enough to JUMP out of it; and emergency escape almost never turns on right now

          The predictability isn’t what’s wrong with the skill. What makes the skill so ridiculous is that fact it has 3 stages of the safest frames that currently exist in game.
          It has iframes at the very start, unique shadow frames in the middle that ignore delay and keeps you safe from skills, and super armor at the very end when he thrusts his blade.
          The sheer fact it has iframes at the start means that if you so much as catch him normally he has a high chance to get out your combo before it even began if the opponent so much as trigger spams the skill (which everyone does when they’re about to be caught as instinctive reflex).

          Due to core shield and emergency evac (which was buffed again due to BM transcendence) if you hit him in the front or the back he has a chance to strife out and throw grenades down. That method of countering gives the opponent literally no reaction time and unless you’re Elsword or Elesis you’re going to get hit and there’s nothing you can do about it.

          The sheer fact that Elesis’ Dodge and Slash was rendered to be too OP during the time it had iframes and was nerfed as a result means that Shadow Step should see the same fate. Why? Because they’re virtually identical skills. The only difference is you can use Shadow Step in the air but not with Dodge and Slash. Both characters share the skill universally. Both characters have 1 class that can make the cooldown of the skill 0seconds and spam it endlessly. Both characters can use it as a countering method if chained with another skill (even though it really only applies to Grand Master) Etc. Etc.

          It doesn’t affect Overlimit skills, but base add skills are still affected so it kind of hits DiE, just not enough to really matter.

          Balot you’re wrong. Dodge and Slash was being abused to basically pemanently i-frame. Grand Master was the reason it was nerfed, not because it was inherently unfair on normal usage.

Need it point out again that Blade Master can and does do virtually the same thing as the Grand Master’s did when that skill had iframes, because like I said, they’re both virtually the same thing.

            I stated that they’re both virtually the same skill. They both virtually act the same, you can use them in a painfully similar manner, there’s only very slight differences, etc.
            Of course since they’re not the same 100%, the skill may have received a nerf for a different reason that may or may not be unique to or justified for that skill. Now, what does that have to with what I said and why I said it should be nerfed?
            ME:”Oh, It should be nerfed for x y and z and some of that x y and z involves comparing the skill to another character and in relation picking out very strong similarities for why a skill similar in nature shouldn’t be excluded from the same fate of other mentioned skill.”

            There’s no justification to nerf something if the skill you’re mentioning as an example of a nerf was literally abused to hell and back to never get hit ever again. Raven does not use it in that way and the only abuse case people will ever complain about is Emergency Escape because of rewarding players for getting punished.

            I suggest you stop with the Raven hate train, as the general nerf pattern KOG is taking with him actually considers his playerbase unlike what everyone else likes to suggest.

        Am telling you they need to nerf that 2000000000000000000000000atck speed evac/shdow step. its so annoying. Its like all ravens not only bm can escape you 24/7 . They should also increase the cooldown time like elesis Dodge and slash. As you know elesis can’t use dodge and slash 24/7 like bms. Bm is literally the whole match using shadow step to counter and attack. Don’t even need to try really hard.

      I agree, this patch is detrimental for MM because each install change is 30DP so now you loose 16DP per change even in DP mode. As if DP mangaing for MM wasn’t hard enough already. LP is not as affected because he has 2 passives that gives him DP gain. Esper is still esper as always.

      First of all…It affects all adds, that person that said as DE just stack good resource gain and you’ll be fine…you’re very mistaken. It doesn’t affect LP as much out of the three adds because of his passive and he 1 shots anyways so it yeh. But it does affect MM the most because his actives in awaken mode cost a ridiculous amount . I think this is stupid. But guys, as someone who plays all 3 adds… We can awaken without it costing any DP which means we can keep awakening to get DP points for that extra damage. Let’s just see how KoG goes with this.

        Do you not know how to read? Add did NOT lose his DP cost for Awakening. What they did was make it so that using a DP-consuming skill now uses 25% of the cost in DP when Awakened.

    As for you scrubs complaining about Raven PvP being OP, you need to gitgud. The best PvP characters are being decided by high damage % right now, and Raven has had quite the number of those. But since PvP modifiers are already insane on some skills, they’re just nerfing base values to get rid of the intense inflation going on. Seen by DC’s Deadly Shot nerf. Just because you see many Ravens smash you doesn’t mean he’s the only character that is “strong.”

    However, they haven’t targeted Ara yet despite her being queen of PvP when values are low enough across the board. Probably due to the fact that most players are bad with her and get trashed, along with a large migration of good Ara players out of the game due to how boring her PvE can be. Oh well. I can dream that Dragon Fall and SD Suppression get nerfed some day.

      No one is saying he’s the only character that needs a nerf, broham.
      He’s the most used character on EVERY server except Korea, so naturally he’s the character that will be targeted the most. It’s simple math, really. Koreans are the only group of people that currently fail to see he’s stronger than Add was at his prime. Everyone else though? They see it and best believe they abuse it.

      People that say Raven needs a nerf aren’t saying that the other characters (such as Ara) don’t. They aren’t saying he’s the only one that is “strong” either. He’s just the main target as of late as I’ve explained why.

      Saying other characters are equally as OP as he is doesn’t justify that he’s still an OP character that needs numerous nerfs, ones that actually matter. This isn’t just for PVP either, this is for PVE as well. Ever played Raven? You don’t need many props, or cashed-out gear to keep up with actual cashed-out players with Raven, specifically RF because you get an insane heap of bonuses directly from your passives which leaves a lot of sockets free to prop other things.

      It’s the same as what they’re doing for Add. They target the other classes to trying to justify that they’re balancing-out Add. But in reality the most cancerous class of that character is still broken as living hell, thus not really solving anything except making it more and more annoying to use the classes that get nerfed to fuel the excuse.

      I didn’t read the rest of what you said, but sdfu. As a BM MAIN! I can honestly say, that Raven takes skill to use, not gonna lie, but he was beefed up WAY too much. The dives on BM, the imported skills from VC, the sheer raw damage. I mean I like the damage, but BM doesn’t feel like BM anymore. I work for catches, but it’s become way too easy. I can kill in 1 or 2 combos, and that’s without Plague 3.

      I hate and love my class. I hate it because it’s so easy. If you knew how to play BM before renewals, then you knew that ranking up was SUPER easy after renewals and into the newer seasons. I REALLY hope they remove the grenades from my shadow step. I like using shadow step in air, and I don’t feel like it’s that big a deal so keep that. Remove my mini shock wave- divider >>^xz. It uses unnecessary mana and it’s overall a pointless attempt to catch. Nerf my Focus Strength passive. A base having THAT much extra power is NOT ok and is NOT needed. It’s not even needed after a job change tbh. Remove Maximum Cannon, Seven Bursts, and Cannon blade because 1) No good raven uses any of those. 2) Power assault does more than Seven Bursts and Cannon Blade ever could 3) After job changes, there are SO many other skills that are better than that skill, we forget the exist anyways. So replace them with USEABLE skills. I don’t play RF or VC so idk but, As far as Base sword taker skills, remove fatal wound and give it back to VC and apply it’s effect to cut tendon. It may be a bit OP, but when you think about it 1 level of bleed doesn’t do much and applying that bleed to an ability that is named “Cut TENDON” kinda makes sense. Considering it already leaves you unable to dash, but that’s just me. As far as Blade master, Super Sonic slash isn’t used much because of the opening it leaves. I’ve experienced this first hand and I’ve seen this done. People will JUMP out of supersonic’s last hit and make you pay for it. So ether delete it or recode it so it doesn’t leave a gap. Nerf Evacuation. Not only does no other class except CR have a free escape, this passive procs frequently. Some BM’s say “Not really,” but I say “Yes Really” because I literally Evac every 10 seconds at the most. It’s CRAZY! I can’t fully speak for Trans since I’m level 95 and haven’t unlocked my level 90 passive, so I’ll leave it alone. But that level 80 passive is so unnecessary. Like really? As if I wasn’t overkill enough, they gave me a 14456 HP increase at level 80, a 17662 increase at level 90 and another 10% Phys/Mag defense and Phys/Mag attack.

      And yet people are complaining about little updates like this that make little to no difference at all. And when people talk about raven nerfs, and others say he’s fine, they never actually look into why he people say he is BUSTED!

      But, like they’ve been saying since s1 “This is the game we play~”

        um no cannon blade seven burst and such are beautiful. “No good raven uses them” speak for yourself. I don’t hardcore main raven ( IS and kinda DC) but ppl need to stop betching about him. Like raven is pretty easy to deal with if you use your head. Only thing that needs nerfing is some burst damage he has. Moves like god spear and emergency evac that about it. Remove canon blade. that move gives beautiful catches regardless of damage. and ppl need to get over the bombs on shadow step most ravens spam it in a predictable fashion

            Eh the raven nerfs are really not that bad, still no evac nerf? As a BM user I hate that passive so much in PVE, in PVP I rarely see it happen as for the Shadow Step, reduce the distance it travels because there are other closing gap tools that work better for most situations in my opinion only shadow step honestly as a means to move faster and because its fun to air dash and I really could do without the VC’s grenades and give me back his other command instead that was more useful to me when I needed it. If anything I really wanted a better transcendence passive because who the hell needs all that attack speed when you have pretty excellent Attack speed at default or have moves that multi hit pretty darn good already? Thats the one thing I never understood

Everyone knows that shadow step need a nerf for its I-frame, but this random hate is annoying. Do you even properly use BM? If you don’t like the imported skill of VC, just don’t use them.

Of course the experienced BM players still combos but as a BM main from S2…you can seriously tell it’s ridiculously easy and boring. It was better and more fun when BM was handicapped and where people respected BM and he was t only respected class at that time.

      That’s funny..”get good” nah their damage and certain skills needed the nerf. I was a BM player from s2 and now it’s ridiculous…my lvl 56 BM is raping pvp compared to the rest…as for ara, the amount of stuns and freezes is ridiculous so ya…

      Actually first off, supression can be nurfed damage wise, but as a 399 tier catching skill, it can not lose its ability to catch, nor can it stop makking you helpless as thats the point of SUPRESSING soneone after all. So the range cannot be removed, the power stun cannot be removed, the helpess cannot be removed, you can only nurf the damage (resource cost is already maxed out). About falling dragon. . . Its a 300 tier nuke, the damage can. Ot be nurfed as that is it’s point, and its horizontal hitbox is about as small as they can make it. It does not even stun anymore, and it KD’s, besides a veryical hit range what can you nurf?

      The strength of classes in PvP actually consists of 3 components imo:

      1. Neutral game: If you can play without/barely ever getting caught, you have a huge advantage. Classes that have a strong neutral game or can skip neutral straight into delay catches (clocking, mana conversion) have a huge advantage.

      2. Burst and anti-break: This is what makes the classes with a strong neutral game stupid. The ability to deal huge damage that cannot be prevented, because it has only 1-2 hits or skills are short enough to be chained into a anti-break skill (stuns, enchant hand) before a break can occur.

      3. Advantage frames and catch skills: Skills that have enough freezee frames to get a catch even when whiffing and wide range skills that have long enough animations and don’t kd are what allows classes to snowball and/or maintain/extend advantage and/or reverse the game from a losing position. Having these skills at 100 mp or lower is what creates a oppressive situation, because it basically means trading 100mp + getting damage and being in a oki position. There’s also the special case of RF who can more often awaken for a delay catch.

      The combination of the above are what make CN, YR, DE and IP the top classes of PvP. With CrA you can also see why having only two of the three aspects can still mean a broken class even if CrA is still below the classes that have all 3.

      If we look at the three Ravens RF is actually the only class that is really strong, because he has strong neutral game, can prevent break to force a lot of his burst damage and the combination of delay/big range skills and his ability to always awaken.

      For BM actually the only thing that’s strong is his damage with Armor Break, Fatal Wound and Rend. His neutral is decent, but he has no skill to force damage and no 100mp delay catches. The one thing that prevents BM from being below average is his mp gain passive which gives him more ressources to work with.

      VC is actually really bad. Horrendous neutral, can burst damage, but requires a lot of mp to do so and has no advantage frame skills. Against an at least decent opponent VC will always lose against 80% of the cast.

    What i really want is change Lunatic Psyker’s:
    – Psion Rush to old skill Reverse Reactor, or at least make the last hit not to launch but heavy hitstun
    – Quicksilver Strike to old skill Dust Anatomy, LP already have Conquerror and Quake Buster for burst damage and Supersonic is more appealing for such DPS

    really, my sympathies goes to all new LP skill that is not really useful compared to other add’s job

            YR and WS do revive themselves, but it’s an extra life regardless and they can’t do it again for 3 mins after doing it

            DiE is the same case only his is a buff (and it’s not 50% HP, it’s whenever you was hit with the buff, you get that exact HP, MP, Awk, and orbs/cannonballs/ECP back). Also 180 seconds before you can revive from that again.

            no matter how you look at it, someone can revive in a PvP match and come back. WHEN THE FUCK WAS THAT EVER FAIR? Especially considering two classes have it exclusively while one can feed it to their team…

            imagine a 3v3 against a WS, YR, AND DiE…. Not sure if it’s still possible (cause they may get different debuffs), but the WS and YR in those cases could revive TWICE like that… and given there’s now a title for reviving at 1 HP, they have a leg up in that cause they still get 1 more revive compared to anyone else

        Every Rose other than CR needs a defense buff. Frejya and Optimus are almost unplayable with low level equipment. ST is doing okay but she seriously needs a passive that buffs her defense and BETTER COMMANDS OMFG. Also they need to completely rework her regular z attacks like serious I can’t ^z catch and >>z doesn’t launch with the SLIGHTEST latency.

        Time Tracer and Diabolic Esper skills aren’t affected by it. They RESTORE DP when in normal mode, and cost DP when Awakened *equal* to the skill’s cost (not including passives). The exceptions being Force Finger and Seal of Time, as Force Finger restores the resource you use for it, and only when it hits, and Seal of Time, which doesn’t restore either resource.

        But I don’t get why people complain about DiE using DP as MP when YOU’RE SACRIFICING AWAKENING POWER! Yes, you can skill more often, but you’re sacrificing the Nasod Armor combos to do so!

          I personally don’t give a shit how that mechanic works in PvE cause that’s against mobs… against other players, that mechanic was always proven to be stupid broken…. and it’s not just MP -> DP on skill use. when he uses DP, it restores MP based on it’s cost. it’s practically a refund in some shape or form.

          as for the nasod armor combos, while MM may not use it and DiE hardly does anything with his, LP FUCKING GOT THE DAMGE INCREASED ON IT AGAIN.

          so, you’re still taking some rather high damage even if you MB after a few hits, unless the LP has a weak weapon….

          YOU CAN’T HONESTLY SAY THIS IS BALANCED… Anyone that is saying that is probably the asshole trolls that want to win easy in PvP, or they aren’t using their LP/DiE right….

          hell, MM has become a little too buffed since transcendence but at least he’s manageable to fight to an extent. he doesn’t have jesus tracking like his brothers for one….

That is a potential buff that is not needed, or a “We’re just changing the info on this passive and umm yeah RS isn’t getting shit changed because he’s fine as he is”

        Take like 24000 Physical for example at max lvl 15% = ~3k Magical increase

        That’s alot, more so than Raven old 1k

        So changing it into 600 is justified cause the amount of Magic RS have through the other passive is a lot already

      The thing people complain about is the top tier classes DiE, IP, YR, CN and CrA still being the most cancerous over the top classes not being nerfed nearly enough.

      In the meantime KOG spends time nerfing the rest of the cast instead. Makes literally no sense at all.

      DiE still has stupid mp from being able to use DP for skills plus gaining mp from using skills in DP mode.

      YR still has first catch into setplay or wakeup reversal into setplay plus specB gaining mp for using orbs.

      IP still has Chung neutral and obnoxiously oppressive skillset.

      CN still just mana converts into delay catches from the beginning of a match.

      CrA still gains so much mp in Gale she can basically spam skills like DiE.

      I mean if CrA can get caught 5 times in a row, still gets into Gale because Injection Stigma then just turns around and throws multiple Ejection Buster without getting any catches why do other classes get nerfed first? The rest of top tier PvP classes is even more obnoxious than CrA so why are they not getting nerfed properly?

      If they want to nerf everyone they should start from the top towards the bottom not the other way around or randomly go nerf the mid tiers.

      Lol no, anyone who stands there and gets hit by one is just plain dumb… And it already cost enough MP, just doing the >>^XZ at the start of a match 4-5 times will burn it all. That being said I can see why the hitbox was nerfed, but no RS launches the rune… The rune itself has a much larger hit-stun and hitbox which is why everyone was complaining.

      But Luna mp cost increased to 200 MP and mp burn nerfed, mag/phys atk passive nerfed, and >>^XZ hitbox nerfed… Are we done complaining about RS like he was god tier or something? Cause like let me know when he hits a 30k x key with a +9 SD wep…. CR/Ara still awaiting nerfs :^) He’s also absolute garbage in pve now compared to LK and IS, so let’s see what you guys come up with to complain about next… While CR’s just press x 4-5 times and 1 shot you and Ara’s with the stupid suppression hit-box, brain-dead catches, and 1 shots

            All skills that got a % increase based on a stat got hit. it’s only natural…

            YR had one too and it got hit when DW’s did.

            those passives really play into the gear aspect cause you can just raise the fuck out of your attack stats to get a HUGE boost off the other one…

            for example, my Mag attack on my DW is 26k…. so, take 8% of that and that’s what her phys goes up by (cause NA hasn’t gotten that nerf yet). and this is considering her phys is roughly 1k below her mag

      Like with 20k mag attack that’s a extra 2k, or if you’re really geared an extra 3-4k…A bit too much if you ask me, but nothing compared to CR’s broken damage

        I had forgotten that Battle Magician had the same nerf, but I don’t like it on her eather. But looking at Combat Ranger’s passive, I don’t see it getting nerfed in the same way yet.

        You’re complaining about them getting 2k on their WEAKER attack?! Need I remind you that Rune Slayer is a Magic-based class for a PHYSICAL character, and Dimension Witch is Vise-Versa?!

        I’m not saying it shouldn’t have been nerfed in general, I just feel like they were too far with it. 600 points is barely anything in the higher levels.. I would have understood if they just reduced the percentage, but nerfing it to 600 points at most just feels unnecessary, for both RS and DW.

    May I remind thee that the DP nerf was directed towards DiE more than anything else. As much as you guys are going ITS NO BIG DEAL FOR DiE. Um let me use math for you. Maximum Strike costs 300DP now add 25% of that cost to the skill, 75. So your maximum strike costs 375DP (massive nerf). You act like its no big deal, but it is a big deal for people who rely heavily on the DP gauge. The DiE’s that expected to spam Void Impact and Void Field, have higher costs which knocks DiE down a peg. Now if you think stacking DP Consumption Red is gonna effect those skills… YOU are an idiot if you think that it does. It works on commands not skills.

    Needless to say, DiE hit the bucket. Now I’m still LF> a rework for VP since her skills do NO damage(unless you have a +13) May I remind that her trans is trash and doesn’t buff her at all. I’m looking for high damaging skills(mostly like LPs hard hit moves but VP style) VP one, always loses. VP two, is mana hungry(not good with gaining it back either unless you learned to loop xx with a mana necklace)

    If you wanna rework her, I suggest giving her good combos and actually decent skills that do damage. VP is currently the least played character in the game.(You never see VPs around. NEVER) So may I suggest when KOG has another meeting! Someone bring up ole VP and give her a buff for me.

      It’s more than just hit the bucket, if the person doesn’t have Spec. A or DP consumption added, 375 dp is too high to use the example skill of maximum strike. If the user has 400 dp and awakens, their dp goes under 375. They would have to already be in an awakened state to use it and or have spec. A / dp consumption stacked well enough to not take away that much dp when he awakens. They kinda screwed him up for 300 dp skills there.

      …..But then again, Grand Chase in its prime was also more popular than Elsword ever was. (Word on the street is that even in its final days, Grand Chase was more popular than Elsword in Brazil.) And look how that turned out.

        GC was certainly big in Brazil. However the fact it kind of flopped hard in all other regions, Brazil wasn’t enough to keep it alive. Elsword for the most part is a bit more consistent across the board.

          It only flopped in Japan. And other region hosting companies (It was either TW or Indonesia.) confirmed that it was KOG who refused to renew the contract. They wanted to renew it.

          Grand Chase wasn’t dead compared to other games that are still going. (lolNA Mabinogi. They must have some pretty huge whales.) KOG pulled the plug because they got sick of it and wanted to work on Aima instead. (And look how that turned out~.)

    I guess we got used to the easy life when the first part of the great change on Elsword took place. Let the challenge be the challenge. We’re players who wanted change; now that the change’s here, we should accept what the game has to offer. The nerfs are alright, some almost everyone could surely disagree, but we’ll see till they’re all applied. Let’s just save those complaints and dish them all out when the nerfs get too much than we could ever imagine. There must surely be things in the past that the present made to be better, right? Let’s keep on hoping for the good of things. The changes might be bad as how we see it, but it’s never to late to change the change if so.

      There’s a difference between a challenge and content blatantly designed to make players spend money on gear.

      Elsword PVE since Lanox definitely falls under the second category. There’s nothing remotely hard about Lanox (Scar is outright the easiest boss in the game. I wish I was exaggerating considering he was meant to be the main villain before they pulled Solace out of nowhere…..) but everything has tons of HP.

      And 10-7 Solace in particular has HP regeneration high enough to make him impossible to solo if you don’t have a strong enough weapon.
