1) Guild Information Window shows Guild Members Information.
– Shows current guild member status and information about members logged in.
2) Guild UI size reduced. Location changed.
– Guild message and guild activities combined into [Messages]. Can filter out Activity/Message/Chat instead.
3) Pressing confirm button will update Guild authority real time.
- Add’s Energy Fusion theory monster texture revamp.

Cuz Most BM mains left him after seeing how op he became. And those who got mad are the rest
Don’t cry. Almost every characters got nerfed. (Especially MP related passives)
And this is how they keep rubbing salt on wounds. How many times does a game even need to be ‘balanced’ LOL. Its not even a matter of power shifts between characters anymore, all they are doing is nerfing the hell out of everyone and making you spend more time and money to regain your strengths before the balance patches. The shadow element nerf is ridiculous =.=
And making PVE grinding even shittier than before.
From what ive seen so far most skills are getting BUFFED for PvE.
And I feel like some of these nerfs (note: not all) were well deserved.
yeah most character that needed nerfs got them, and most that needed some buffs on PvE got them, so yeah its nice they focus on PvE sometimes, since PvP is gonna continue to be really shit untill they limit or standarise stats on PvP
They. Are. Buffing. MEB! As a CEm player, I am LAUGHING my ASS off! As if MEB barrage wasn’t stupid enough already.
They’re also buffing Siege on Rena and Gungnir on GA. What is this ridiculous bullshit? As if those skills weren’t ALREADY staples in PvE…
For Eve we need the old photon flash back, the Eve slap on CN, new traits for taser pilum, the old giga stream :3, an assault spear-judgement that works(everyone jumps from it u.u), buff on heaven fist(both), remove the Eve CBS zzz>z(nobody uses that), an active that actually uses the nenemis blade for CN, beter hitbox for CeM ophelia grenades(xx-down+x), better traits for El crystal spectrum, return Eve’s old face model(why they change the possition of her eyes pff e.e), nerf the damage of CN >>x, leave a comment if I missed something.
i mean ZZZ>Z is still quite neat and i do use it but whatever i guess, you know >>^xz xxz zzz>z + partical ray is a thing for people that like to combo
Signs that a game might just be dying: When it gets much more frequent balance patches than content updates.
This is the, what, fourth major round of nerfs since Elysion finished?

Skills have increased modifiers in PVE, but PVP (Read: the part of the game that gets the most attention thanks to a lack of any real endgame content.) only got the passive nerfs. Not to mention the passive nerfs can make an even bigger impact than the damage boosts in PVE depending on characters.
BM in particular got hit hard with the Giga Drive nerf.
you really say PvP is basicly what gets the most attention, if it does its mostlikely cos its so trash, it doesn’t have good match making, it rarely reward players ability cos spaming is so dam easy, and stats can go so high up that it doesn’t matter how much they try to balance stuff cos weapon stats break it even before the patches even happen
and there is technicly end game content the point is if you like it or not really
they spend an absurd amount of effort trying to push people to play elsword’s shitty PVP with it’s eternally fucked balance and the constant issues caused by shit netcode like the faintest bits of lag letting people act like they’re superarmored when they aren’t.
it gets tons of attention, but not the kind of attention it needs.
in part because kog` are braindead and think everyone else is, so they don’t want to flat out seperate behaviours of things between PVE and PVP, and thus always fuck up one while trying to mess with the other.
I mean “buff”, when I look at Apostasia who was already weak, they nerfed his best tool along with it’s spamming ability, thus hurting him to get Abyss ruler going, buffed a spell that didn’t need it. yay.
BH got some skill buffed ? She lost a lot of Magic Attack.
Some buffs are stupid, like GA, some good like GrM and CrA and some are just nerfs like Elsword. Elswords are literally base now, except maybe Rune slayer. Same for AP and AT, mostly costly nerf for underwhelming buffs.
i mean the only lame one for GA is gungnir realy, i mean just why.
aero strafe went back to what it was, and guide arrow needed a buff for PvE cos in general is basicly crap no matter what you do, even with like a +10 guide arrow will most like kill just 2 enemys and thats if you have use the 200 MP one

so everyone. time to play the standard “balance patch” game: count the nerfs and buffs for each class.
from this you can, due to the methodology kog` admits to employing, determine which classes were popular and which were not.
you must always remember that kog` does not act to correct balance. kog` acts to govern the popularity of classes. by their own admission, they do not seek to buff underperforming classes and nerf overpowered ones, they buff the unpopular and nerf the popular.
which is to say if you can get the .kr playerbase to bandwagon in a given direction, you can indirectly take control of where kog` applies their dicking around… although good luck getting that many people to take part in your “social” engineering project.
