    If Endgame starts to say something about the bow she used before, this seems to be when Rena get her Mana-Bow.

    They kinda make it seem like this Soran guy will be a future new character with Lincy as a companion similar to Zero and Rose.

      I mean, it would have been easy enough to just say “elves are magic” considering that Chloe and her Dark Elf Sentinel buddies also shoot magic arrows. And the explanation that “It’s an elven bow.” should mean Rena should also have access to one of those magic bows. But whatever.

    So Nightwatcher is totally looking like the artist’s fav Rena.
    this comic brought me more questions than answers or satisfaction

    I thought from part one we would get more insight to Rena’s life wit h family, so Im somewhat disappointed by this cliche ending for her chara comic (in taht they say we’ll meet again, but that never/rarely happens). I wanna know more about Rena’s sister

        These are the same comics that had a chance to show us Lu’s past (and Adult Lu in general) and work in some real lore for the Demon Realm which has nothing established about it whatsoever, only to instead focus on Ciel and make him even more like Raven in the creepiest way possible. (Ciel is an incestuous pedophile. Never forget.)

        And instead of any real backstory for Aisha, we watched her become a catgirl and fight a golem.

        And Raven’s comics pretty much just retreaded on stuff we already knew.

        …..The only meaningful information we’ve gotten from these comics thus far is the meaning behind Add’s otherwise nonsensical name. Because Elesis and Add favoritism is KOG’s bread and butter. (Although Elesis and Add have been hit hard with the nerf hammer recently. New game director?)

        Don’t expect the remaining comics to give us any real insight. Even Ain who you’d think they’d have to give us more backstory for will probably wind up with gag comics.

          Go away Endgame. Lu got her story development in the ingame Side Story. Went over the Demon King recruiting her and the other Demon Lords and touched on who backstabbed her. Even shows off her original appearance.
          You really have to look those up, this + you not knowing Rena had a dad is kind of telling me you never searched them up.

          We have gotten quite a few bits of backstory from those side stories.

          Also why you bringing Elesis into this? She never even got her own comic other than her very first promotional comic which is basically just her tutorial.

            1. Lu’s side story quests were released AFTER the comics. (Complete with having a reference to how Ciel doesn’t dig Adult Lu because she no longer resembles his dead loli sister. They just HAD to remind us of that.) And they didn’t really tell us anything other than “Remember when we showed you Karis being the one to betray Lu and will continue to do so until the game shuts down? Forget that. Now Barkat did it!”

            We don’t know WHY Barkat did it. Or anything about Barkat at all other than he’s stealing Karis’ role. Or….. anything. Just that Karis was replaced by Barkat.

            And we also know nothing about this “Demon King”. Was HE the one who ordered Scar to invade Elrios? We don’t even know THAT much.

            2. I only read the first part of Rena’s then lost interest because it was about little girls fucking around.

            3. I said Elesis and Add favoritism in reference to Add getting the most meaningful comic. Are you really going to deny that Elesis and Add have gotten the most special treatment? Even Add’s VN series devoted a good chunk to Elesis.

            …..Or maybe it means nothing. I talk about everyone except Rose and Ain. (I’m still not entirely sure what the fuck he’s actually supposed to be.)

            I have my doubts, but I believe that if Endgame says something good (ANYTHING GOOD) about the game, without made a testament saying bad things, Endgame would have a heart attack and die on the spot…
