Background

With substantial help from Ciel, Lu finally gets back her authority in the demon realm. She can now control evil spirits with the astounding power of her lineage. One by one, she makes enemies obey using her royalty and charm, finding those who betrayed her and stripping them of their influence.

Second Class Advancement

At Lv35, Lu/Royal Guard can advance into Noblesse/Royal Guard. The second class advancement quest is obtained from Ariel, the event NPC located in every town.
Noblesse/Royal Guard can also be advanced by using the Cash Shop item: Noblesse's Authority .

Noblesse/Royal Guard

#Talk to Adel in Altera.

  1. Collect:
    • 1 Navigation Core from Nasod Scout Type-L (Monster) in Altera region.
      • A time and stamina-saving strategy for this drop would be to defeat only the scouts in the first map of 4-4, as there are several, making an entire run unnecessary and inefficient.
    • 1 Titanium Blade from Nasod Blader (Monster) in 4-5 on any difficulty.
    • 1 Nasod Leader Code from Crow Rider (Boss) at 4-5 on any difficulty (Low drop rate).
  2. Collect:
    • 5 drops from Assault Nasod: Type-W9 in 4-6 on any difficulty.
    • 20 drops from Elite Nasod Guard: Shield at 4-6 on any difficulty.
  3. Defeat:
    • 3 Crow Rider at 4-5 on any difficulty.
    • 3 King Nasod at 4-6 on any difficulty.
  4. Collect 1 drop from Dullahan Knight at 5-1 on Very Hard.

Dash Switch

After doing the the first two commands of Royal Guard's Dash Sniper combo, you can switch over to the other character and impale enemies with soul spears. Pressing at the end will summon more spears (will be in Super Armor).

  • Despite it saying it starts with >>Z, the actual combos are as follows: >>ZXvXX and >>XXvXX.
  • Post 09/24/2015 KR patch:
    • Lu is also able to perform this combo.

Trivia

  • Noblesse is a French term that refers to an indication of nobility.
  • Upon advancing to Noblesse, Lu's eyes in-game change to a more smug expression.
  • After advancing to Noblesse, Lu's character selection screen quote changes to match her new personality.
  • When opening the 2nd job promo avatar box, you will receive a set of Noblesse's promo set along with Royal Guard's promo set, both with promo set bonuses.
  • The crown is part of the promo avatar's top piece instead of being part of her hairstyle.
  • While it does require advancing Lu to Noblesse first, Royal Guard is one of the first 1st Job classes to receive a unique skill cut-in, the other being Chiliarch.
  • Noblesse's combination skill cut-in is a reference to their starting pose in the game.
  • One of Noblesse's win poses can be done while facing the opposite direction of the player (left). This is most likely a bug.
  • Ciel quotes that Lu was cuter when she was shorter and would prefer her to stay that way.
