Are these -KD values in the old KD system? The Japanese wiki still uses the old 14.4 PvP limit, and their ENW values seem to be in the old KD system, as shown here... if that's the case, then won't we need new tests and updates for this? Or if it's not the case, then can anyone please confirm it?

The values listed on the page are the ones shown in-game for the passive, so it's on the new scale. It'd be a bit ridiculous if it could get to -5 KD reduction on the old scale.

Why don't you just start using a build with Atomic Blaster - Plasma Gun, Enhanced Nasod Weapon, Tesla Shock, and a weapon with triple wind attribute?
