In Elsword, players are given the option to join guilds made by players or make and run their own guild. One of the benefits of joining a guild would be the guild skills. Guild skills are exclusive passives that are only available to members of a guild. There are 12 passives available, each being investable by 5 Guild Skill Points.

===Guild Rank Privileges===
Rookie: Cannot use guild skills.
Member: Can use guild skills.
Veteran: Can use guild skills, gains more guild exp.
Officer: Can use guild skills, gains more guild exp, can invite.
Administrator: Can use guild skills, gains more guild exp, can invite, can change rankings, can change guild message.
Guild Master: All the above, and can change guild leaders or disband guild. Only the Guild Master can assign guild skill points.
