Following 2nd job classes will get their 3rd job advancements on 11/30 update
Pre-Event Overview:
- Choose a class that you want to prepare 3rd job for
You can choose up to maximum 2 characters. They will get 200% leveling speed until they reach Lv.98. (50% EXP for next level gained automatically)
They will automatically get +3 Enhancement on weapon they are using. (Doesn’t go over +10, Doesn’t work on PvP)
2. Reach level 70.
Once chosen character reaches level 70, they will get free transcendence class advancement item, transcendence skill slot and 100 secret dungeon tickets. Get 1 Pre-event medal
3. Clear 3 Heroic Dungeons
Clear 3 heroic dungeons to get +6 rank 25 heroic unique weapon.
Get 1 pre event medal
4. Clear Other dungeons
Clear Secret Dungeon 5 times to get: Heroic Dungeon ticket x100, 1 pre event medal
Clear Elrianode Dungeon 5 times to get: Elrianode Defense invitation x100, 1 pre event medal
Clear dungeon within level range(daily): to get consumables (potions, apples)
5. Reach level 99
Reach level 99 + transcendence + have 4 pre-event medals: Get 100 Sage stones.

VP involves a contract with a demon god (Who is willing to kill other demons at Aisha’s command because he thinks she’s hot, apparently. Well, he certainly does have good taste~.) And her outfit is part of the contract. How is she supposed to get more power and a new outfit from there? (And furthermore, will they keep her theme of being a parody of the typical dark magic user? Because….. the game already has too many damn darkness wielding edgelords.)
TR gets a dagger. Upon promoting to NW, that dagger turns into a sword. Upon promoting to 3rd Job, that sword turns into…..?
And how much more clothes can Rena lose? Seriously.
RF involves putting Raven at serious risk of completely going insane and his hair starts to turn white. Are they actually going to go as far as to have his hair turn completely white (Ciel copies Raven, then Raven copies him back?), have bloodshot eyes constantly, and be in constant pain and possibly turn into an Add tier edgelord?

You act as if each character has to have some deep elaborate backstory or gimmick to job advance. They really don’t, most character can honesty get away with a 3rd job doing more or less more of the same. Each character doesn’t have to have some grand epiphany to job change, I mean tons of 1st to 2nd jobs are just the character doing more the same.
So long as 3rd job offers some interesting skills and a combo extension here and there. That’s really all there needs to be.
I mean the only characters is a strange position are Rose and Lu/Ciel. Rose cause the whole DFO thing but honestly, at this point given her Transcendence is 100% new skills, KOG has can do whatever creative liberties they want.
And Lu/Ciel is more just a matter of who gets the new artwork. One of them, or both.

All currently standing mentions of Angkor only refer to him as just a demon or a demon bat, nothing godly about him. No mention of there being another creature at play, Angkor is a just a demon bat.
Ah I see, the old translation from her concept art. Anyways, for a god, Angkor is unimpressive.
Even if Angkor is a god, that doesn’t mean he’s really that all powerful. Powerful, but clearly not Sult tier powerful. And it is kind of made clear that the demon world hierarchy of gods are not even tiered with stuff like Elia and Henir since those two are the absolute gods.
On top of that, VP just has a contract with Angkor. There is much more they can do with VP. The corruption route, getting Angkor to lend her more dark powers, seeking more dark powers beyond Angkor.
The advancement quest ingame also refers to Angkor as a god. And Karis’ similar accessory description refers to the “Demon God Beelzebub”.
And like I said, the Petite Angkor is what Angkor uses to act in Elrios. He can’t use his full power through it. It’s just a remote controlled self. (As should be apparent given Aisha can summon lots of them at once.)
Also fits in with Dark Nephilim and the lore that it can’t be truly killed unless defeated in the demon realm its self and could just keep on coming back.
As for Angkor compared to Elia and Henir….. yeah, that’s all new lore from the new team. Angkor was made up by the old team along with Dark Nephilim. The pre-Hamel lore isn’t compatible with the new lore.
the advancement quests were removed sometime ago in order to retcon, and together with the lore, angkor isn’t considered a god anymore, most likely not even a demon, just a pet of some sorts as of now
thanks to new material, it has been shown angkor is a servant/familiar of the VP and is afraid of her… so he was downgraded big time
Game still calls Angkor a demon god. Right above Void Princess’ skill tree, the description says “Channels the power of the demon god to deal heavy damage to enemies in a large area.”

I’m really curious about how +3 enhancement works, does it give an item to be used at any time, or does it automatically enhance the equipped weapon upon logging in? If the latter, what happens if I don’t have the weapon equipped?
It’s a buff! The buff is a green-ish icon with a sword on it and a +3 in the bottom right corner. I can’t really tell if it’s working or not or how it’s working, considering most koreans are so overgeared, I end up getting carried…

Here’s the thing: Transcendence is a power achievable in Elrios, and is simply an extension to 2nd Jobs. Third Jobs, however, might only be possible because of either stuff that happens in the demon world or because of the large El that Elboy recreated (especially since it seems like it’ll be a level 99 advancement).

Why are all of you stressing over what they’ll do?
I honestly believe they might make each class a nearly completely different character from the base class, like completely replacing any base class combos for class-only combos.
That kind of goes against the entire design philosophy our entire job change system is based on. The point of Elsword’s job change system is the build and expand the character, not change them entirely.
That’s why we don’t have a similar job change system to GC.
What’s the point of job changing if it changes everything unless you can go back. Plus it isn’t like we’re changing weapons, 3rd job is probably just going to expand our characters just like 1st, 2nd, and Transcendence did before.
And the looks of BM 3rd supports my theory, his humanoid arm doesn’t look like it will be doing any fireball shooting (with the skills being the only exception.) It looks more geared towards more refined attacks rather tham swinging it arpumd and making stuff blow up.

His arm is still a Nasod Arm end of the day and it isn’t like it suddenly isn’t going to be. Gameplay wise his arm is never going to not be a Nasod Arm and BM already got rid of most of his fire blasts other than XXX, most being changed to black holes.
I mean BM’s class is the sword focused class, so I mean, he’s been not using fire since 1st job.
the thing is the possibility for a base xxx combo change, where rather than doing 2 hits with claw and blast, he could end doing slashes -or dashes- from some kind which could help execute both xzzz and xxzz combos faster, and is not so weird seeing how DC x combo changes

or throw nades cause of backstep….

The game gives you the chance to equip a proper weapon?
You can select a character from any lvl?
It is like an event buff. Your equipped weapon does not get upgraded but its dmg calculation get buffed during the run. You get icon buff and that is all. You cannot select lv 99 char for obvious reason.

So if this same buff hits NA, I can transfer my +11 legend perk staff from my DW to my VP or EM and it’s like a +13 (+14 if that still exists somewhere)…. cause neither of them are capped…
