We had to wait a long ass time between the first batch and the second batch.
Of course we’re waiting a long ass time. Probably because giving the characters longer hair and similar outfits entails waiting for the hair to grow out in real time~.
Endgame you know how it is, change it too much people complain, change it too little people complain, i guess they could change some desings a bit by looking at peoples reactions on the other classes, but that would be expected from any other company other than KOG, so yeah hype its quite the usefull tool to keep people playing

I’m wondering as well. It seems odd that it’s taking them so long to start the pre event. Especially since 3rd paths are rather inferior in the meanwhile.
i don’t get why we just couldn’t have all the jobs released closer (leveling isn’t hard and they’ve supposedly been working on it for a year)…
i mean come on, my main is collecting dust cause she’s pretty much as strong as she’s getting right now w/o the job advancement…
only defense for “let players have time to prepare” is if they’re newer. older players long capped and transcended already

Story reasons most likely. I mean, when you look at the 1st and 2nd path, you can easily think of how they become stronger or such (For example, KE gained resolution to walk his own path, RM got influenced by El directly), but when you look at the 3rd path, you cant simply go “Oh IS mastered dual wielding more”. You need some sort of lore/story regarding him using Conwell and Elsword. What happens because of his reliance of Conwell? Does he turn corrupted entirely? Does he go the boring path and control the dark El more? Well I cant think of any other good stories, but they might surprise us.
Also you need to consider that there are 12 characters, at least 11 requiring a special story. Can you think of a good one for DiE, for example?

Farm Void weapon. They’re not going to just make a weapon that’s weaker than what is already existing or outdate it randomly. Older weapons were already outdated every level cap update, it’s not strange at all that older raid weapons will not see a revamp.
Force skill is Legend tier so you can bet that it will be ridiculous if you pull it.
Force Skill does damage and reduces all speeds by 70% for 1 second. While I think the effect should be longer, since it’s Legend-grade, I wouldn’t say it’s a bad skill.
Oh, update! It hits 14 times, with each hit doing 666% mixed damage, meaning it can do up to 9324% mixed damage per cast!
that’s a damn strong nuke…. probably has a long ass cooldown though…
also, why is all the speed debuffs outside of element weapons really short?
“farm a void weapon” I would… if I didn’t have to farm it 4 times for each my ravens since it’s not shareable -is just not rentable, and I still get a better use out of my raid weapon, but it would have been nice for it to be revamped/buffed
well, that’s a good point cause most don’t want to farm elrianode set for multiple characters… let alone void weapon…
plus, just get any weapon at lv70 or above to +11 and you should be able to beat the shit out of anything you face… in PvE and PvP….

Fog of Death has a cooldown of 1 minute. It’s not as long as Drain’s cooldown, but it is a Legendary Force Skill, so it’s understandable.
Honestly, I would suggest doing Add dungeon after increasing all skill damage (Hyper excluded) ERP Effects to max. I’ve tried doing it with my main IS, but I couldn’t even reach the boss, however I didn’t have any points in skill damage, so I think once I get my El Res to that point, I might be able to clear it. As for Elrianode, I’d say do the dungeons that don’t consume Defense Requests, ’cause you’ll need to farm up ERP anyway.
doing the dungeon is not a problem on itself, but the will to repeat it again and again and again… no thanks, I have no problem with grindind, but grinding together with insane RNG is nuts
You apparently do have an issue with grinding. You need to grind the dungeon well over 1000 times to get the weapon to its strongest state, and yet because you aren’t getting an instantaneous reward you’re saying you won’t do it.
Complaining because you don’t know when you get something has been in MMO for ages, it just means you’re not really a grinder. MMO grinders typically dump 100 hours a week as an average for their grind sprees that only yield in-game currency and almost nothing else…
Void dungeon literally limits you on stamina so you can’t overcome that easily unless you’ve stockpiled. So in reality, you’re doing 7 runs a day on your main and grinding elsewhere if you really even are a grinder. I don’t see the issue even if you aren’t a hardcore grinder, just feels like childish and stubborn behavior (which you are allowed to have, but I will call you out on it).
you know what? you are right: I do have a problem with grinding, on ELSWORD, which is weird, I can grind all day back on RO, MH or any jrpg, but not elsword, but then I had no problem grinding for henir sets in the past, guess it must be that i’m bored from this game then
oh and about the 1000 runs -sadly that’s not on EU servers yet and won’t be for about 6 more months, not to mention it only goves you one weapon, and I still need 3 more, which can easily take way more than 1000 runs, so again, is not rentable

If you pay attention you’ll also notice NA isn’t doing the pre event for 2nd path 3rd jobs, the break most likely isn’t because 3rd path 3rd jobs aren’t done, but a universal break for this attendance event

Useless in what way? It literally has the strongest weapon in the game.
if new drabaki gave you a new weapon or a way to reinforce perkisas/eltrion raid weapons -like making them into a cross of perkisas and drabaki or eltrion and drabaki with tons of buffs like void weapons; yes, add dungeon would be useless, but right now it’s not and drabaki is since it only gives a force skill and a title… that being said I will stick to my raid weapons though
how a weapon that is available during the entire year would be useless(the true end game weapon in this case) ? The entire concept of a raid weapon being the best weapon and available only during short spawns of time is stupid, its okay to add new weapons in the game with cool effects but they should never be the best weapon.
Add dungeon was one of the best choices KoG did in this regard, it helps the progression, its a long term goal, and doable even in secret sets if you are really good with your class.
Even if drabakki gets a weapon with the same stats of type-void, the add dung would still be the best weapon in the game because you can farm it at any point during your progress.
Actually, it looks like the dungeon itself is permanent, just only open at specific times each day. That, and it appears that there’s no weapon drop from it.

now, I wouldn’t say it is “one of the best choices”, yes it’s a long term goal but was it really needed for it to be ‘non-shareable’? rather than a long term goal, I see it more like a “you must continue to log in into this game that has nothing else to offer, to get an overpowered weapon just for decoration since you don’t have anything that justifies using it”

it certainly helps when you can rip stuff to shreds in seconds opposed to minutes or even hours.. but learning your class still helps…

Yeah, those who are amazing with a class can do pretty well without a weapon… But not everyone is able to become amazing with a class. Seriously, I get annoyed when people say Add Dungeon is easy when I, with Henir 5/5 and full V2 Promo and being able to clear Elrianode dungeons with pretty good ranks using the same build, couldn’t even reach Pepsi Man!
don’t worry magic, I know you can simply get a +11 and do whatever, in fact I had a +11 until I went greedy for a +12 and got down to +10… and still can pretty much solo just fine even using a 4D set together with a raid weapon (yeah, no 10% attack bonus either, just +8% attack on bottom gear and +8% dmg stack on 200mp skills gloves cause glaive just burns all the good effects for top and shoes)
that still doesn’t mean I wouldn’t want a better weapon that I could actually get without taking into account my shitty luck -void for example-, and then repeating the process 3 more times

My Drabaki is back, now the wait for it to get to NA…which we still waiting on the second batch…annoyed, just slightly, i would be pissed but i’m back in class to finish the second (god for saken) half of my course… (Security, if you were wondering…) not sure how many times this course and the cert 2 before it will screw me around, but that alone is my reason for not being pissed off at els, have little time to invest in levelling up characters during the events…if any…

There is no Raid Weapon. The reward is a Legendary Force Skill.
Not really sure why everyone wanted Drabaki back. Drabaki was hanging out at Fahrmann Peak, and Fahrmann deserves to be razed to the ground. Why not give us an option to let us fight alongside it?

They’re not so much raids as high HP punching bags for you to compete with other players with to determine who can do more damage. Glorified field bosses, basically.

I think it’s good they’re actually taking abit of time before releasing the 3rd path 3rd jobs. If they get Crimson Avenger as wrong as Daybreaker (why did they have to trade out her elegant skirt for elven tutu), any appeal I find in this game is going to die forever, like a defunct global game that is ignored in place of a mediocre newer one. (dont kill me any more KOG)

These of Elsword lack a little more of imagination with some personages, I must admit that some of those of 3rd job are well designed and others not, like: The Wind Sneaker, the 2 Elesis, the Furious Blade, Code: Ultimate, Catastrophe ( Please, Lu and Ciel look like policemen who demon hunters), Rune Master, Richter (Not to mention that his huge box with the sword looks a lot like the Tohka Sandalphon of Date A Live…)
I would also like KoG to give more costumes for free, or more events in which costumes, Slot B and mana increase necklaces …. Until then …. I do not plan to pay more for the game and I will dedicate myself more to play other games, maybe Dark Souls since they are about to take out the Remastered ….
I wish all the games were like Aura Kingdom from Aeria Games, at least they know how to handle a real online game ….

Elsword is the YOUNGEST member of the El Search Party, meaning HE’S A STRONG KID, DAMMIT! Even more so as he gets older. Plus, he’s the only character able to use a two-handed weapon with only one hand at BASE class (yes, I know Elesis gains that ability in some of her advancements, but those advancements aren’t base class).
Ain isn’t even human, so he probably doesn’t even give a shit.

My wild guesses is that DE will look like a purple skeleton (i don’t care about DE, i play MM), Apostasia looking like a pretty boy version of luto, infinity sword becoming a red-haired version of gilgamesh, Lu becoming an adult again (hopefully), and Asura turning into a fox.
I wouldn’t rule out them doing something with Altar of Evil and possibly giving it another skill cut-in, but I sincerely doubt non-transformed Diabla Lu is going to cease being a skimpy loli.
They made Timoria fully clothed, after all.

She ceased being loli as soon as she advanced to Noblesse and went through puberty. At least they bothered to represent THAT ingame.
But god forbid they update the model a second time and make her eyes more mature and make her taller because something something hitboxes in a game where you hardly have to aim with most newer skills even in PVP. Yeah, I’m sure making Lu taller would make her more vulnerable to CBS’ laser sniping from halfway across the stage…..

Everyone I know enjoys the character because of the duo mechanic being a fresh take on the Elsword gameplay that is fun and rewarding, and also to a lesser degree because Lu is the closest thing we have right now to a character that attacks with just fists.
I mean, is it really that far fetched that people like Lu because she’s fun to play, and not because of her body?
