I stopped reading at Cannon Blade getting nerfed by 1%.

Those 1% ones usually are just them adjusting the tooltip to be more accurate to the real ingame multiliers that calculate damage.
Basically, they aren’t actually changing the damage, its just a tooltip thing.
A lot of these nerfs are bs.

You’d think that you’d use more Skills than just Burning Punisher.
Yeah the Skill is good, butt the fun thing about DC was that each Skill was advantageous in certain scenarios, sure Shooting Star was a bit too strong butt honestly the Nuke is more and more useless with each nerf, why even have DC hav it when TT has Nukes in both his HAs that do more damage?
Now it seems it all boils down to using Burning Punisher whenever its avaible because everything else got hatched under the ground.
Only this FP really got hit with was nerf to AS-QB and SS. Given the nerfed those two a lot. Burning Punisher became even more powerful than it already was, and they didn’t even touch his passives.
This is only a mere flesh wound in FP’s performance. Other characters got it worse.
And his gun command hitstun isn’t even that bad. Unless you’re doing >>ZXX which is just a leaky combo as a whole, peopl don’t naturally break out of XZ loop.
Yeah sure, butt I srsly just ment XZ(Z), that crap is impossible to chain unless MAYBE you have Alterasia Buff.
And honestly his XZ’s hitstun is still a bit on the weak side, I have 22% Attack Speed (Considering Tussle Tech gives you an additional 5% that’s apparently not accounted for in the Stat menu) and some players and NPCs in Sinister Dimension still manage to jump out or attack mid-combo anyway from time to time.
I wouldn’t exactly put NPC as a good case study. Those are just blatantly unfair because they have 0 landing frames.
XZ is easy to chain for me imo, I just cancel the combo mid animation then rinse and repeat, but I prefer >>^xx~x for silver shooter damage, however you have to aim your bullet trajectory well or you’ll miss the mobs.
The Alterasia buff actually messes up my looping sometimes because the timing is different when you have the speed buff. Besides MP isn’t really an issue with DC unlike TT so I switched to Berserker set.

Why are people bitching? There’s nothing wrong with these balances. For some reason people think having a character not able to kill with 1 skill is bad. Also a lot of these aren’t even nerds, they just lowered initial attack damage and increased multi hit damage mostly. Stop acting like it’s the end of the world. I also play these classes and these are just fine. “Oh boohoo I can’t 1 shot the boss anymore!”. And we already saw Fatal Phantom’s nerf coming, don’t act suprized lmfao.

Don’t forget the 100mp skill doing more damage then 200-300 mp skills naw..
a fkn bravery skill mind you, no one is saying it didn’t deserve a nerf, something along the 2,5-3,5k% was ok (as it originally was), but under 2k? is now is only worth for the buff -which is funny since there are other skills that give powerful buffs which cost less, heck, a 15% dmg increase nowadays is considered 30-100mp worth

So let me break this down for you and other non CC players, the change to wonderwall is a BUFF not a nerf.
[Mod] wonderwall has the ability to explode in an opponents face, ruining any combo a cc player gets stuck in. Making this skill last 10 seconds means it will explode much faster, giving CC players a free counter…in other words…CC is the new stoic-spamming elesis…lol… As for Pande and Cala, those two skills are ment to be used together in pve. With the large amount of additional damage the debuffs cause, those two nerfs are minor at best.
Once again, chung secretly gets away…un-nerfed.
Pain of Caladbolg is actually stronger than the current one in the newer notes.
Wonderwall damage is now twice is stronger but it still has the 10 second duration in PvP.

Get real. Raven has been long over do for a serious nerf for years and this is hardly considered a nerf for him. Everyone is complaining about the minor things that got nerfed on him while he was one of the characters affected the least by this balance patch and is always affected the least in most balance patches.
But, he’ll never actually get a real nerf because the Koreans can’t seem to not dick ride Add and see that Raven is by far one of the strongest if not the strongest character currently existing in this state of Elsword. Not just one class of him is versatile or strong all 3 of them are as opposed to most characters where only one class is considered the best out of the 3.
Well Raven even naw can still pull out tons of Raw damage compared to evry other character but god dam KOG loves fucking evrybody’s PVE damage

To be honest, who really uses bloody accel for the skills dmg? We all mainly use it to gain the stackable physical atk up along with limiter. The effects are unchanged and thats the important part. Do we heal less? No. Does the dmg effect we gain is any less? No. Some classes actually got nerfed hard or had actual unnecessary neactuallyI guess some people just want to have their cake and eat it too.

Dread Chase has been dead ever since the Chung renewal when they gutted most of the damage. It’s really only used now for awakening charge.
Also why does it feel like enhanced cannon balls does absolutely nothing for damage output when it comes to Dread Chase/Impact Detonation/Lunatic Blow? Enhanced cannon balls does absolutely nothing except waste enhanced cannon balls on some skills.
The only skills with noticible damage increase is ASMS and carpet bombing.

As a Code Sariel and Fatal Phantom main… All I can say to this is: No fun… this is no fun anymore… I get pvp nerfs, but I will NEVER understand PVE nerfs. NEVER… From all the players that can’t get +9 or higher… Thanks KoG, you ruin the game even more for us now…

CU is mostly untouched, Black Hole pre-awk is almost never a problem and they just buffed post-awk hit so ok…They buffed Junk Break (freaking finally) but…who even use that anymore? I would take a mod for it to become and AoE instead.

Eve is dead and has been dead sinc class revamp in 2015 and killed farther by the new stat max dmg and crit status getting nurffed and her mana gain/charge being gutted eve is dead and will never be revived
