    Why does Ara get even more invincibility frames? At this point you might as well make her untouchable

      I’d like to see you dying in raid because your skills don’t have enough i-frames. They’ve already done this for Elsword and Aisha, and a lot of newer characters have better skill chains to prevent this from happening to them.

        Ara’s skills chain so easily so good Are a players likely aren’t getting hit… it’s cause she already gets a lot of i-frames from skill chaining into her arts

        She really doesn’t need more.. she was fine as is

        Aras only die in raids because they’re so used to i-frames that they forgot how to dodge. “I’d like to see you dying in raid because your skills don’t have enough i-frames” please, EVERYONE dies in raid because of that, you already get special treatment from having an insanely broken character, now you want godmode too.

      I mean, it always broke my willing suspension of disbelief that anyone could even hit Ara. Realistically, no one could hit her for she is super cute and everyone who sees her smile would instantly lose the will to fight.

      Come on KOG! Make Ara untouchable!

    The bandwagon for MP is dead, KOG hates clearing skills for some reason, star fall and ultimate fury getting nerfed after being buffed multiple times because why not, and ara getting i-frames because why not?

    They are pretty much them hinting “we have something stupid happening soon.”

      Pvpwise Dominator needed that nerd heavily. Almost every one I see just spans charged impulsar every 5 seconds and when they don’t they use ultimate fury and then delay to one shot and you can’t do anything to fight it. Its dumb. Not to mention *oh let me attack the air* and gets a random later with hitstun to hit you for a free catch without really doing anything. Or attacking the add only to get hit by the same lazer for no reason and get screwed when it should have been YOUR combo.

      Anyways I agree with abovr comments about ara, she can chain so easily already its hard to even touch her. Add some lag in the mix and in most cases you can’t. Now they give her more I frames and the nerf Chung once again. I admit that crack crusher needed that nerf for a long time , but if they’re going to nerf us then nerf falling dragon, and ACTUALLY nerf it, as well as the delay on energy wave. CC loses most of his delay yet ara still gets to keep bullshit catches. Man its annoying. Any CC vs Devi matchup = skill vs no skill and no skill will always eon now. ( I know devi’s dont use falling dragon really , but its a essentially free skill for 4000% in arena, which is already dumb. And its from base ara. And other than the slight damage nerf they gave it they just keep buffing it. Case in point, they increased the range in the last update. KOG nerfed LF and POC to nothing, POC especially moreso in PvP, and its a 300 mp. Yet ara gets to do 4k% for free. This is bs.)

      [Mod] Maximum Strike did insane damage (and still will do insane damage). It can negate having a party, since it clears rooms so easily* and to add on to that, the size of the skill was fine, until nearly every MP started popping Giant Potions and Giant Apples, making the growth nerf it got: still pointless as it was still doing the same thing it was pre-patch.

      * Its ability to curve if fired correctly as well makes this all the more irritating to deal with at this size, since almost nothing can escape the terror of this skill clearing the entire room, lowering everyone’s rank in the party to possibly A rank or even lower since they didn’t get very much to hit, unless they’re able hit like a truck at the boss. This can actually be fairly common in Heroics and SD’s.

      200 MP(250 if use critical trait) for each sword of 2.4k? It’s okey, but can you really hit all of them? Pretty dificult if the enemy is not that big (Ugh, still trying to get used to that range…)
      Well before was doing 1264% each sword with 150 MP, now 200 MP 2468% and after 200 mp 1685%? Mmmhh… I dont know…. I feel something on my chest… Infinity buffs… are you still there?

    Which version of Plasma Cutter are they even adding the i-frames to? The non-modded one? If so… how useless.
    The modded one is what needs i-frames. You’re literally a sitting duck until the skill ends or you end it yourself. Non-modded plasma isn’t even threatened with being hit during its duration because the delay frames of the skill makes it so you’re invulnerable throughout its duration. So I don’t understand?

      The i-frames end halfway through the skill. Have you never tried to use it to dodge a Drabaki skill or Type H at all? This is why other characters have been receiving these kinds of changes. If you chain Ara’s skills but actually complete the stance, you actually have almost a full second where anything can hit you and you actually can’t move.

      The modded version is for PvP, the original outdamages it for miles. Stop playing Oz wrong. (Queue Youtube video)

    If you’re gonna kill the debuff time for impact zone KOG, give it some more damage…

    I mean hell, nova easily cracks 10k and pretty much ANY strength/bravery phys skill (except guillotine) can outdamage BOTH impact zones…

    But nice touch on spurt making you invincible til it ends… you are a sitting duck after the hitbox vanishes…

      I really think that every balance patchs should have an explanation of the reasons for buf, nerf or change in skills, because it is difficult to understand the logic of KoG, especially when we are talking about Aisha, especially Meta.

      Invencible frames into a skill that takes a lot of time, but has a huge hole of vulnerability after it’s over.

      Impact zone (mod and normal), with time of debuf reduced and equals, deserved high buff, especially the normal that only on the wall to have “decent” damage (“decente” = with plus 100 points in el resonance with +11 gloves and weapon, and do not forget the wall!!!!!!!!!!!)

    Aceldama gets hit again, this time a 33% nerf.

    Was completely fine when Aceldama got nerfed last time. Could see it as toning it down after a massive buff before.

    But now this just feels like it’ll go back to KOG making it pre-buff; continuously nerfed like what happened to Gungnir.

    Looks like I’ve got to finish the 3rd job quest on DC while it’s still properly powerful…

      I agree, acceldama was broken but now is just meh

      burning punisher is still powerful by comparison and lunatic fury deals way more damage, not to mention about carpet bombing

      is like they don’t want base job skills to be powerful at all, yet they fail to give chars useful late game skills most of the time -look at most of the mod skills and for all the effort it takes to job change to 3rd and even drop them, most of them unworthy

    And STILL no i-frames for Gungnir- like honestly? Is it really that crazy of an idea to trade those 3 years you get to aim it with for some i-frames? Like who actually takes 10 seconds to aim the thing when you’re probably stood right next to the boss/target you wanna hit-

      Actually that is the reason why they don’t need to put i-frames on gungnir. You don’t need more than 5 seconds to aim it.

        That’s exactly why they should add i-frames to it and take away the 3 years aiming time. That way, you’ll never get somehow pushed out of it during the casting (Which has happened to me and many others many times before since there’s a split second between the release of i-frames and the SA you get)

        TL;DR, with that reason, why should the skill have to change between i-frames to SA upon aiming rather than just keeping i-frames throughout?

      and no point bringing phoenix strike anymore once you hit 2nd job since you most likely have a better way of cleaning for that cost – DaB’s ace in the hole and mod crazy shot do a way better job at this point

        lel, Giga Drive gives a buff and it’s not a clearing skill, giving it lesser Y range barely counts as a nerf. FuB’s Shockwaves have also been dmg buffed on last few balance patches we had, ur on a class that’s faster and better on pve clearing than many classes and ur complaining? Shockwave -Cutter or even Divider can prolly hit more mobs than Gigantic Extreme Cutter now, well on straight line. And seriously it’s pretty obvious you haven’t read anything about Extreme Cutter, it’s gotten many times smaller now.

        I get you… although using giant potion and gigantic trait on it, together with the buff from the passive makes gigadrive cover almost the entire screen, even the back of the raven casting it – i’m actually using it for clearing now, is working wonders

      FYI Extreme cutter already nerfedto the point it’s kinda hard to use in AEFT anymore
      damage reduced like 2000% and 10% range decrease as well, if you’re used to use it on 3rdpassive mode
      that’s kind of 30% range decrease without the trait.

    I kind of somewhat agreed to nerf a skill that doesnt have much animation but the range was going out of the screen also the damage is somewhat beyond normal, you might as well playing solo.

    Mega Slash: damage nerf? meh. I guess I can see why for PvP. A properly buffed Mega Slash can do some real hurt. Not sure why it was nerfed for PvE though. Well….PvE nerfs don’t make sense in general but whatever.

    Magic Chain: 20% activation chance for 15% defense ignore and 20% extra damage. Now, 50% chance activation, for a 10% damage boost and 15% def ignore.

    KOG, just make the 10% damage increase and 15% defense decrease permanent. RM needs less passives that rely on RNG like Sword Enchant. Also, fix Sword Enchant. Give us the ability to choose which element we want to use or something. Having your performance rely on a dice roll isn’t helpful.

    [Mod] Rising Slash: lol. a buff huh. Back to it’s original damage LOL.

    Probably should look into that hit-count bug though. Also, increase the range for PvE, and the hit-stun for PvP.

    [Mod] Sword Fall: Well, IM does have passives that can boost his skill damage to 60%+. But, idk…PvE nerfs aren’t my forte…especially when it comes to IM.

    Impact Zone: oof.

    Phoenix Strike: It got about a 11% damage decrease….which is so minor…I mean, why? I get that we have gear and stuff to buff skills to be super OP. But, maybe KOG doesn’t want this skill to clear entire rooms too easily. Idk.

    Mana Conversion: hmmm…..must be some super skilled Eves roaming around Arena in order for this to get a change. Maybe increase the cooldown instead? meh, I don’t play Eve, so idk.

    [Mod] Head Shot: 250% damage increased when charged…nerfed down to only 20%…

    Makes sense for PvP. But, could’ve been left alone for PvE.

    Ara buffs: Not gonna complain. Needed in PvE. Only reason I can see people complain is for PvP. Even then, I don’t see it being that big of a deal.

    In Ara’s case…she needs the delay on some of her skills decreased. Same with Chungy. Otherwise, she’s fine.

    Overall, good patch. Well, I can’t speak for the Aisha players and how they feel about Impact Zone.

      The RM change for Magic Chain sucks because the damage is now +10% from your magical attack and not the enemy. 10% from the enemy is still big in the end game since that can get you like 50% more damage depending on the enemy. 20% was kinda too much since some bosses let you siphon so much attack that you get double damage or more.

      Now it’s a meager 10% that doesn’t do much, on top still being a debuff which also sucks btw because whether you get it off or not still depends on the enemy’s debuff resistance and 50% chance doesn’t even do anything since 20% was near 100% up-time already.

      It’s a hard nerf 3 weeks after he got good in PvE again, sad.

    Phoenix Strike Again really WTF 2894% mag dmg for a courage skill and nerf on the X axis. This is sad, this skill is now useless in Twilight, Nw’s and Anemos … good work that Kog always gives nerf to the characters that they do not need it

      yes they cut phoenix range to half and reduce dmg too, it’s not worth 300mp again.
      if they want nerf it why not nerf mp cost too.
      KOG logic is weird they need to recruit real tester who experienced in balancing not just watch from over gearing people video.
