[Content/Update]

2018 Harmony Festival: Velder Academy Concert Hall

* This event dungeon stays after Harmony Festival Event is over

 

Raid Repeatable Rewards

– When partying with players that haven’t cleared raid, ‘Flame Insignia’ is given as additional reward.

 

(But you cannot obtain Flame Insignia if you are clearing it for the first time)

– Amount of Flame Insignia given varies per stage, and is dependent on amount of players that haven’t cleared.

* You can see player’s raid progress in the Camp: Crimson Edge

* Flame Insignia:  Can exchange from Elrianode Alchemist for each raid dungeon cubes, or raid reset ticket

* You can still get Flame Insignia even if you cleared your raid by raid reset ticket. (Long as players who haven’t cleared it already are in your party)

[Event Duration] 2018 9/6 ~ 2018 9/27  6AM

[Event For] All Players (Per Account, Per Server)

[Event Detail]

① ‘축제의 열기’  buff during event (P/M Attack 5%, HP 5% increase)

Logging in daily adds 1% to the buff. The buff goes up to maximum 15%

② NPC Ariel sells Harmony Festival Pie(0ED) and other consumable items(100,000ED)

③ Log in 30 minutes to get event title 열정의 평화 전도사 칭호(14 days).

(P/M Attack 10%. All Skill Damage 10%)

④ Can enter Harmony Festival resting zone

Use Velder Academy custom motion in the Harmony Festival resting zone for 10 seconds to have HP/MP restored to 100% and cooldown reset.

  1. Time between each ‘Damage decrease debuff’ increased. Receive less debuff stage over all
  2. Fixed 3rd phase spike pillar pattern showing differently per client.

  1. Fixed spikes being summoned all at once due to skill delays.
  2. HP increase per player death reduced.
  3.  Fixed 1, 2nd phase’s spike pillar pattern showing differently per client.
  4. Fixed 2nd phase’s fire pillar pattern showing differently per client.
  5. Fixed 3rd phase’s screen shaking when hit by certain attacks.

    Seems a little counter intuitive since after a point there wil barely be any people who still haven’t cleared raid. Oh well

    I thought it already did though??? Oh well, I hope it at least raises my CP

    Also is the Harmony Festival like the other ones or is it just the event dungeon? If it’s the latter then it will be the worst Harmony event ever, but I could be wrong

    After I just sacrificed most of my attack speed for maxi/crit chance/crit dmg/awk charge/awk duration…

      Well attack speed doesn’t affect pve really anyways. If you’re stacking a hybrid build then you can’t expect to be as strong in pve as a full pve build so it makes sense, if it’s a pvp build well you can’t complain really

        If you’re playing Ara then sure. For everyone else, the majority of their skills’ speed scale with attack speed. There’s no reason to expect that you shouldn’t be building it. Still, with how dirt easy raid is, they’re just trying to brute force people’s CP instead of fixing the actual system.

        Now what I will say is that they’re trying super hard to indirectly kill skill stacking. Still will be best for raid though, so it’s funny with how the endgame is currently fleshing out.

          I wonder if Kog is ever going to combine attack, move/jump speeds, into “All Speed” or “Character Speed” or even just “Speed” category.

          I know that doesn’t have much to do with CP level and stuff but some chars just don’t function well without it. It would be easier to socket that way too.

            Or why not just give every character a base speed of 100%? Then you can socket more to go over that threshold. This way you won’t be so punished to actually get attack speed on characters that would otherwise be useless without it.

          Can’t speak for the other two Ara paths, but the High Speed buff on top of 20% attack speed from stats on Devi substantially decreases the casting time of Rakshasa Arts and the firing delay of Energy Wave. Given that High Speed’s buff of 10% all speed isn’t normalized, you still want 20% base speeds.

            Honestly, between MP cost, MP gain, cooldown reductions, and attack speed, it’s why my metamorphy is so skill spammy more than the average a isha.

            It you want to be honest, all 4 of those factors should influence CP more than they already do. You let off far more skills the more you increase these.

            It’s even to the point where I honestly don’t need MP items, it’s just more convienent to have them on hand. Starballs on a group or z combos on pretty much anything fills that MP back up to full in seconds, pretty much only vitality from elsword or blazing bullet from rose can match that MP regen speed… provided makeup is in effect which has 100% uptime if done right (and that’s without MP cost and cooldowns reductions, she has enough of it naturally in her skill/passive set)

    So, Elsword is more popular in South Korea than Minecraft and Fortnite. That’s pretty crazy.
