      Single Aisha nerf, completely in line with the scale-backs on the Magic Knight and Yama Raja passives, and still a net buff from the values before the 9/20/2018 KR buffs.

            Still does not justify if he needs nerfed or not. What justifies it is how much stronger he could be vs. the others…

            So yeah, I’m just seeing straight up rage for the sake of it here. Only thing that needs nerfed about Aisha is magic miislle (as in no hitstun in pvp). Everything else is okay for what it’s s worth.

            ^OS is a good char both on pve (her specialty) and pvp, but she needs thought and practice

            I had seen people astonished at my OS (while she still was a VP) clearing and carrying entire parties on HD and SD,asking if I had a +10 (+9), if she was my main character (she doesn’t have an IB), even accusing me of hacking, just because they couldn’t believe that VP was actually good

      Loses the free CP, sadly, but +14% Physical Attack Power on FB or Magical Attack Power on RH and NI (in awakening) is a net buff.

        a buff but with a nerf to balance, FB loses 7% matk which makes cannon blade a bit less worthy (9k% matk was like 6k% of his phys, but now is even lower) and RH skills that have phys % also get decreased on their damage plus power assault -luckily NI doesn’t have a need to run power assault since he has better skills than that one

          Well RH has a passiv that makes his phys % do matk atleast the important ones, and for me (an NI) its just a buff i get 5,5k matk instead of 4 and power assault is no dmg skill for both of them just to stack.

        it is also a slight nerf for the aor core where you got a direct 1k-4k increase on raw stats that also increased your core damage by a huge amount, now it is only increased by 3,5% because it takes an average of both atk values: basically it works something like +[(14-7)/2]% thus 3,5% increase

            Well they didn’t add this change yet and MAYBE if ppl complain enough they won’t put it ..but if they do….then at this point for a character like Raven he probably has the most shity stats

          Looks to be that way. My RF’s has barely less magical attack than physical attack (16983 Phys, 16925 Mag).

          Rerolling the weapon’s random effect to mag attack level would fix that, but VC is just royally screwed.

          don’t forget that Focus Strength activated only when awakened now…
          during awakening, attack power increased by 20% (30% after transcendence)
          so, even with that 7% dmg decrease, those skills still deal more damage than unawakened

            Well sure, just forget about the good neutral capacities Eve has over many combatants (yes even RH) and focus solely on damage values, because PvP plays around having the best attack and defense every time.

            Maybe if you were to get good, you’d see why Eve is currently really good.

        I agree with Katja Eclair, Eve is most definitely not weak, I would even go as far as saying she’s rather OP, not because of her skill’s damage, but by their utility, CE is constantly using summons with attacks that deal hitstun, CS can deal damage without even facing you, or blind you, or juggle you at the top of the map, and CU… Uhm… She’s uhm…

        Sorry don’t have any complaints about CU, she’s rather average. Although I guess her flying can be annoying sometimes…?

    I seriously think the internal cooldown on passive procs is retarded. I’d rather they nerf the damage heavily than just to put a cooldown on it. It just kills the enjoyment for me for that kinds of passive having a cooldown

          well by nerfing the damage heavily, I’m not saying that it needs to get to the point where it was before. Like say, Immortal’s Memory of the Sword. Before it was like 160% per proc. Then it was 1950% per proc. Now it’s 1560% per proc. If they’re just gonna put a cooldown on it, I’d rather take someting like 700% with no cooldown than 1560% with 2s cooldown.

      would posibly get it in the future since well Apsara got her counter switch passive that you basicly never used cos go counter something on dungeons, so wouldn’t seem unlikely for him to get something like that

      Hurting VC, not RH and NI. As I said earlier, RF breaks almost exactly even between Phys and Mag attack power with the Subliminal Rage passive, but VC has lower enough Mag than Phys attack that he can’t make up the difference.

      The third jobs aren’t hurt at all, what are you even talking about? RH has higher Mag attack than Phys attack even before the Subliminal Rage passive, and NI also has higher Mag attack than Phys attack.

      The only things they lose damage on are any Phys-type base commands, any RF commands that were previously affected by Unending Rage, Power Assault, Shadow Step + Z, and the Nasod Core attack (since it’s calculated off an average of Phys and Mag attack, it’s only gonna get a net buff of +3.5% damage).

    Kof with rena had contempt, as is possible to put 2 seconds of reuse to increase to 3450 I prefer that they rise to 600 but not reuse the skill in 2 sec in vibe shot Rena most affected

While majority of other chars got only nerfs (since previous patch buffs was good) and everyone saw it coming and ok with that – Raven got early game nerf BUT late game buff. And you fill comments with suspicious about if that thing can be nerf in any possible way, with flat assumptions, etc. I think Katja Eclair explained about it higher pretty well. (keep in mind, some char’s didn’t even got any of those huge passive buffs in prev. patch – like cough…OS)

        Btw I found it funny, that NI and RH doing MAGICAL damage with their grenades, nukes and all those prosthetic arm fireworks. But Rena doing PHYSICAL damage with Karma – which is Eldrasil’s MAGIC wind skill and at same time doing magical damage with Eldrasil’s Fury – same magic wind based skill.           There’s never been a point in Elsword history where Raven was at a low point. While every other character has been at a low point at least once.

            Raven was kinda low before renewals. After those he has been a good character overall, sometimes even too good. In this point he already does descent amounts of damage and maybe has like 1 passive per job that doesn’t contribute so much (if he even has one to begin with).
            As for Karma, almost every NW/TW skill deals physical damage, the only exceptions being Eldrasils Fury, Humming Wind and (previously) Karma. Moving it to physical meant the class could me more focus towards physical damage instead of a mixed one. And for that job, the amount of damage both physical and magical is almost the same.

            Imo the only time raven fell from high tier was when Ara was released. But even so, he would still definitly not be anywhere near low tier.

            Was this when he was dominating everyone as a base? Or when he was one shotting everyone with harpoon spear / Ignition Crow. Or was it when he could one combo you because he wouldn’t feed you any MP. OR maybe it was when he could catch off anything at any distance with the implementation of core. Was it when he was refunded 120mp and 30% hp when core went away? Or was it when he was able to tank everything with ridiculous high reduce damage due to his passives? Or maybe it was when he ruled and changed the meta to awakening ring fury. How about when he was able to shadow strife out of every combo thanks to core?

            Blade Master was bottom tier in PVP and ESPECIALLY PVE for over 70% of the game’s life.

            They don’t know what it’s like to be nerfed because ST/BM/FB not sucking is only a recent thing.

            I’m talking pve, and even on pvp back on release where most people played run-spam aisha and rena and zz loop was actually hard to pull, you had to be a decent player to not suck with it…

      Add spent so long being a character where you could literally roll your face on the keyboard and do well in both PVE and PVP that people are completely unsympathetic to his nerfs. A lot feel that such a no skill character SHOULD have a lower performance when played optimally compared to characters that actually take skill.

      The real reason for his drop in popularity (which made KOG no longer afraid of nerfing him) is because he went from an unrepentant tryhard edgelord (the thing that made him popular among edgy teenagers in the first place) to being a dork who really just wants his mommy. That new characterization did not resonate well with mommy hating teenagers…..

    Acttualy when u think about RF/RH have passives dat acttualy backfires at them in a way one of them is losing -30 seconds on awakening and the new passive effect on his trans passive dat will make him have more coldown on his skills SOO BASSICALY your actions have consequences and soo does Raven’s passive naw …..       The damage increase is for base Raven. As you swap jobs, it’s gonna lean towards the higher stat between physical and magic.

      That said, don’t expect any furious blades to take stuff like cannon blade and rage hearts to take stuff like power assault.

      Your main stat gets a raw damage buff. The lower stat gets a damage nerf to compensate

  • Still no changes to Chung: why am I *not* surprised?(inb4 someone says CC is broken). Honestly, I just wonder how in the heck (MOST) people is fine with Richter doing high damage and can take a great amount of damage, but as soon as CC begins to do damage(and it’s not even *CLOSE* to the sh!t he does at most times), it becomes unfair as hell. Seriously the hypocrisy is real for poor CC.

    Again I’m just saying this about *MOST*, some are actually aware of what I am stating.

      I don’t think CC is bad but he’s definitely the weakest of the Chungs. I never understood why people say he’s OP. FP is superior in most aspects and I held that belief since transcendence.

      yea delete it maybe Raven keeds would appreciate their buff when it’s deleted. It was only 600 btw before it became 4000. 7% and 10% awk duration is many times better than plain 600 atk/matk.
