Except it’s out of place here. The article is talking about “loli anime” – a “genre”, if you will – and how lolis are used in anime. That has nothing to do with what a loli, as in, a singular person that fits into the definition, is.
Loli is a little girl, with childlike appearence and behaviour. That is, she (loli) is short of stature, has a childlike face, behaves like a child, and, if we’re disregarding all of the “legal loli” bullshit, is under the age of consent.
Simple, right? Just four key characteristics, not so hard to define and remember.

Lu the only loli who stays loli whole time – on catastrophe and diangelion paths (if not count transformation mode). About Laby we can’t say if she will be loli in the end – because we saw only her base job. And its actually hard to say if she is loli now at base job, because first – we don’t know her size compare to other characters. Look at loli Lu – at base job she sniff Ciel’s booty – thats how she short. Second – we can’t say if she have a waist – because her clothes hides it. Third – her head size – its not that big how lolis usually has – just take fast look on base Lu and you’ll see how big Lu’s head compare to Laby’s (but that could be issue of different designer’s artstyle tho). Her dress may remind off pijama or evening gown so again hard to tell. If you ask me I would put her somewhere in age of 15… But there is not too much information to judge for sure.

Actually, I’m not 100% on this, but in my experience, a character speaking about themselves in third person in korean(and in eastern in general) media is a way to be deferential – that is to say, show that you’re “below” the person you are talking to, which would sorta make sense in this case, I guess?

To the community of Elsword. Just ignore Endgame completely no matter how offensive and wrong it may sound. If Endgame doesn’t show the conscience of being considerable, but instead resorts to judging, being super critical and highly opinionated, that’s where you should ignore and move on. Of course unless you enjoy arguing or seeing problems between El community and Endgame, that’s on you.
The way I see it, Endgame’s logical extremes, and extreme way of handling his opinions as fact make for a perfect chance to express alternative viewpoints on. Inevitably, he is going to disagree and argue with you over something if not everything you said, which is way better than someone who just mindlessly agrees. I do think that he takes his logical extremes too far sometimes, but I much prefer someone who will argue against me over someone who isn’t confident enough in their own opinions to disagree with mine.
What I’m saying is, while I rarely ever actually agree with him, I do respect his spine. The way I see it, everyone is entitled to their own opinions, and that goes for him too. There’s not many other people in the Elsword community that can give me an argument like he can, and I respect that.
I would probably respect him even more if he learned to respect others a bit more though. He seems to be perpetually in self defense mode, viewing anyone with an alternative viewpoint as a threat that must be dismantled. He needs to learn that you can respectfully disagree and still put up a solid argument for your own viewpoint, and that not everyone who disagrees with him is on the attack. I think that contributes a lot to why people see him as toxic.
If I have to explain to you why I don’t have any respect for anyone in this toxic community then you’re just as bad as them.
