This doesn’t include the Elesis, Ara, and Ain reboot. It’s just modifications to the reboot for Elboy, Rena, and Eve.
To be honest, I kinda wish they grouped the reboots based off of the Elrios idol groups instead. It would have made more sense than the seemingly random choices they decided on.
It is not random,just as how Eve has “saved” their game sometime ago,the postergirl and the happy-go-lucky boy are the popular trinity of the game,so they obviously would have picked those 3 first in order to get sufficient attention,especially after the scandals.
The reboots are simply divided into the most played/popular ones to the least ones.
Most played/popular? I don’t remember Elsword or Rena being most popular. But Raven and Laby are popular yet they third. If you want to know what the logic in this – ask korean privileged guild…

Eve aren’t ”saved” Elsword lmao… I remember perfectly when Eve comes to elsword… Mid people in begining, low people playing with her after 2 months release. :l Eve becomes popular only when they added the core (Same example with Raven :l ). I think the reboots are simply to the most players in KR forum (Not in game, in forum. In KR forum Elsword, Rena and Eve players are dominating here)

Yea, some KR eves posted videos about the new movement being weird and not smooth. So they just changed it back to how it is now.

They slowed them down making the falling animation of Eve feel heavier I believe
It made her feel extremely stiff, but she fell out of the air slower. Her new >>^ZZZ and >>^X didn’t vertically move from where you started using them at all after Re:Boot, unlike how current >>^ZZZ gradually drops you slightly on each command and how >>^X goes in a smooth arc as you jump to use it before you fall back down.
It felt…really weird. It was only a good change for CU’s >>^ZX command, nothing else.

the nerf for his Liberated Will is a bit much tho, now you only have 10s buff time to do anything with which is kind of dumb given Infinity Strike animation is already nearly 10s. On top of that they added 5s cooldown between stack which is already dumb enough

12 % Physical Attack nerfed from the removal of tenacious hit alone
30% Physical Attack increase (10% PVP) which took 2 seconds to activate before, now takes at minimum 25 seconds with a 5 second reactivation time interval (duration is 10s, cooldown 5s per stack).
However, on the website it says (duration 20s , cooldown 5s per stack) and 5% per stack x5 instead of 6% per stack x 5, which totals to a 5% physical attack nerf as well.
TL;DR 17% Physical Attack nerf with 25 second startup to get 25% more physical attack
re-checked, 12% not 17% , that 5% extra phys attack nerf was an oversight and incorrect

that was 1050MP not 750 because when cast skill still cost 300mp and you cant use any skill for 11s.
while other cost 300-300-300 also can reach 95k% in 10s. when i use devi i can get 80k% and cost 600mp in less than 10s.

Spectrum mode was buffed a bit for both versions, and what I assume was an accident (making Fusion mode damage-per-hit the same as Induction mode damage-per-hit on mod Particle Ray) got fixed.
