But he still has Fragarach, and Zweit still hits 6k+% Which is more than enough for a clearing skill LOL, Domi’s Panzer Buster doesnt even do 5k%. Overall he has now 2 strength, low mp cost, clearing skills while having awesome bossing skills. ??? Bro, are you sure you are playing him the right way?
RT has broken phanstam ( 120mp) skill, range about the same as fragarach and it recover over 70mp, using sicheln can be a bit loss of mana so, i might say he dont know how to play RT
What was the point in changing Lina in THE FIRST PLACE.
They shifted Aire’s buff to Nature Force instead so WS is unaffected, but buffing your party is less potent now. It’s not like they simply reverted Aire and did nothing else.

FINALLY A MAD PARADOX BUFFS
2na can we get moar details abt that “Growth stat re-adjusted”?
If it is the way I think, it is something like this:
BEFORE REBOOT, let’s imagine an imaginary base stat for add.
Add Base Stat: 300 (example)
When going all the way to Doom Bringer, Dominator, and Mad Paradox. That 300 base stat got amplified by a different amount for each class. Let’s say DB got a 300% amplify, so he ended up with 900, (Do got a measly 180% for whatever reason and MP a 450% boost, in example) which was ok (for the explanation sake, let’s say that all 3rd job classes have around 800 to 1100 in that imaginary stat).
However, these reboot changed the BASE STAT of every character/class, but left the indivuals amplifies per class, So, again, for example sake, let’s say the imaginary Base Stat is now 500, with the 300% from the Doom Bringer path, he now has 1500, which is a little too much. (or maybe too low, this is just an imaginary example)
So, this balance’s purpose is to change that, I believe.
I typed DO as Do, sorry.
If those stat changes are like u described then all classes that didn’t have a high patk/matk modifier before reboot needs to get re-adjusted again since they now have the same Stat modifier as high modifier classes.
But DooB is on list too, w/c iirc a high matk modifier class before reboot. I don’t main Add tho so i’m not sure.
Oh well i’ll just wait till it comes here on NA/INT to check/test it.
Lets take example with Furious Blade.
After reboot, he is one of the highest physical attack in the game. With +0 Void weapon he reach 9939 physical attack power (EW before reboot just 9831). Every skill hit like a truck and remove enemy from screen like a flash.
But his skill factor is fine though. So instead of nerf skill factor they decide to decrease base phys atk instead.
P.S. I know you will argue with “Isn’t all character stats are equal after reboot ? The answer is no, not exactly equal. Only level 99 base stats do, but not from weapon and armor.
Edit : EW +0 Void weapon is 9661 Phys atk power.

anyway, the 30% crit dmg was expected to get adjusted but look at it like this: you know only need 20% aspd to get full, which is the basic amount of speed you should be getting so no need to chamge builds; also, 20% is still huge, is the same amount as using henir+EO IB combo or about 10 2% crit dmg stones for elianode set… 30% was just too much -and this I say as an fB main
Let me inform you that Richter is now the top tier class in pve now.
That 23k% werfen combined with his cd hack passive is freakin op.
And what they nerf in this patch is just a bit of his clearing skill dmg, not the werfen which is being untouched for month now.

FB and Richter were anything but low tier raid DPS after their reboots lmao. Not to mention Richter’s “nerf” this patch is positively tiny, losing a bit less than 1k% on Sicheln (when Viert is his real busted skill).

Yeah, you might be seeing an illusion since ppl in raid prefer buffers, and Herrscher just got an area buff, which adding to his enormous (spam-by) DPS makes him better for raid.
He said ANYTHING BUT, by that he means that Richter is not low tier at all.

You want PvP balance? Start by removing enhancements, gear effects, costume effects, accessory effects, titles, etc. from PvP. Or make a parallel PvP mode that’s sparring gear only.
Then we can start talking about PvP balance.
Finally, some actually good news for Oz.
I hope it applies full damage along the bounces if it keeps bouncing after hitting or it completely stops bouncing after hitting but doesn’t lose damage prior to it

passive reactivation cooldown 15s -> 5s (never noted at tooltip before but it always have 15s reactivation cooldown)

Doombringer needs some serious buff, he’s one of the weakest classes for PvE right now.
As much as I don’t like Add (he’s got too many options for PvP for my tastes), I do gotta admit that he really needed PvE buffs.
Approaches and such don’t mean much of crap in PvE.. Mainly clears and bossing which both need damage. Add lacks in the damage department on almost all of his kits.
There is also an Aether Sage nerf involving frost barrage (mod) which they seem to have left out on babel, it no longer follows curved paths and does less damage. Yay an AeS nerf during renewal, and another nerf right after!
Hmm, why is the AeS nerf not posted on babel?
Finally buffing my MP. Good job KoG, I can almost say I love you for revamping his Liberated Will’s abysmally low chance of getting DMPs and giving him higher damage. Now though, I wonder how would using normal Maximum Strike affect Liberated Will’s passives.
