Or they could just be making the current endgame easier to get because they’re making a new endgame weapon.

Most of these changes are so awesome Rigomor really needed a weekly quest and can pick which ones you want to run now. I just hope story mode raid doesn’t invalidate normal raid. The CP req changes may not have been necessary for everyone but a lot of people joining at 400k need to be hard carried in those dungeons so there are two sides to it.
Hell… I’m sitting here with 800k CP, and still needing to be hard carried!

You may be able to get the weapon in Story Mode now, but you still need to do Normal to get the accessories, so I don’t see this killing normal mode at all.
Dismantle weapon and instant accessory right there, so that can be a loaded statement.
I legit forgot about that. Well, at the very least, you can get the weekly reward cubes from normal mode, which I assume is better than the weekly reward cubes for story mode, but even if they’re not, you can still get them alongside the story mode cubes. There’s also the fact that the weapon drop rate is higher in normal than story, so normal is better for farming the weapons if you can handle it.

last time people want make raid soloable but not accepted, with this people who not able to fully 8 party also can get the end game gear.

And as how it was predicted that it would 100% happen at one point, Varnimyr was nerfed just like Elrianode. Now we just need Rigomor nerfs too.
Varnimyr got nerfed before, at least one time if not more. Adaptation used to be useless, the demon realm debuffs got decreased by a lot in the first few Varn maps.

What I meant with adaptation being useless was that 10% of adaptation used to decrease the 30% debuff by 10%, to a 27% debuff. Changing it to just subtracting 10 from 30 was a huge nerf to Varnimyr.
Oh, yeah, that. That was stupid. The only way to fully remove the debuff back then would be to have 100% Adaption, which was, and still is, impossible to do. Plus, that also meant Adaption’s effectiveness depended mostly on how much the debuff took away in the first place, which last I checked, is not how a person’s adaptability works. So glad they changed that.
I don’t understand the change to story mode raid. Story mode difficulty is a joke, I can efficiently solo all 3 with a 600k cp BL. Right now the reason I can think of why they’re doing that is because maybe KR people are not carrying 400k cp players, since before they were complaining the cp requirement is too low?

First of all. this raid is not meant to be soloed. So an 8-people 180k cp team with members that could probably buff each other could compare decently with one 600k cp character, right? Especially when this class doesn’t even deal much damage. Sure, he’s a decent support. But a team of dps can clear normal raid. A team of supports cannot do so easily. Secondly, what I am saying is story mode is so easy, is it fair to let the most powerful weapon drop in such an easy dungeon? That’s like grinding a Bethma dungeon to get the Void weapon. Wouldn’t players who’ve been grinding the normal dungeon to get the weapon feel cheated? Think of all the effort put into completing the normal raid. Not just the gear building. Remember the team building, consumables, force skill grinding, and learning boss patterns.
Heck, the normal raid was probably my greatest motivation of learning about every single detail of my class by heart.

First off off, it may be the most powerful right now, but the fact they’re doing this clearly shows it’s about to become outclassed. Secondly, no, it’s not like grinding Bethma for Void. YOU might find Story Mode easy, but a party where each of the members are around the required CP will actually find it somewhat challenging. Which brings me to my third point. I think you underestimate just how much an advantage having triple the required CP is, especially when the required CP is in the hundred thousands in the first place. It is NOT the same as having a full party of people who are around the required CP.
Also, an 8 person party of people at 180K? Yeah, I think there’s something in this change you overlooked. And that’s the fact that STORY MODE NOW ONLY ALLOWS 4 PLAYERS AT MOST! So whether a full raid party of 180k can do as well as a solo 600k player or not is now a moot point, ’cause the maximum party size for Story mode has been cut in half!
You realize that the entry CP for Story Mode is only 180K, right? You have over 3 times that much, so you’re not really proving anything.

Very nice update. Tho Its a very clear sign that a new wep is coming. FoJ would be about 2 years old too, so just about time kog makes a new wep.
I just hope that if a new wep comes it wont use the same reforge system like rigo sets.
I actually like the reforge system of Rigomor armor, though. Makes the bonus effects feel earned, y’know?

the hardest part is reforge durability which is only restored by chlorite seeds which is from item mall and it’s just 10% per seed. reforge 8-9 is 0.8% per click. Imagine the cost of that.
How is a system like that likable. But ye it does feel earned cause it’s so hard, i can make a two-three decent FoJ’s already and i would still not have a completed rigo 4/4

Correction, the BLESSED Chlorite Seeds are from the Item Mall. The normal ones are dropped by Rigomor bosses. On top of that, the blessed ones are tradeable, so some people sell them on the board. So technically, you can get a full reforge without spending a dime on Kching. You just need to grind for seeds or ED.

With Reforge, even a failure gives progress, unlike enhancing, which is purely luck and failure can undo your progress or even make the equipment piece unusable.

do u know how low is the cholrite seed drop rate? ive only seen a chlorite seed drop on 13-3 for like 2-3 times ever since it was added to the game, and u know im on 328 erp and my pt mate is 420 erp, so u can say im not someone who just complains at everything like how some ppl here on babel do.
have u really tried reforging? u really sound like u havent tried it at all, and just read stuff abt it, seeing how much u complain here on babel, but i wont assume stuff.

it can be technically be done w/o spending kc btw i have a prend that does that and u know he spent abt 20b already and his rigo is just near r15(excluding amulets and only 2 parts). Does that sound cheap to u? if so then maybe ur prolly bery reeech.
i do agree on the last part, but the amount of ED is just so big btw, it would lessen a bit due to this update. But just so u know r11–>r12 is 9 ameths per click, so that 100 ameths added per week is just 11 clicks, which is just less 8%. That’s just on one reforge level. And u have to do it on all four parts, many more times cause ders r9, r12, r15, r18, and r21.
i myself is making 4 parts on diff chars (to maximize daily rewards) and my rigo is still on r11,r10,r12,12. and ive been playing and spending for like months now ever since rigo was added to the game. Saying reforge is a good system is just a slap to an average player who is actively making a rigo 4/4.
Complain? I think you’ve got me confused with Endgame. Yes, I do sometimes complain, but I actually try to be positive about changes to the game. Or do you just think I’m complaining when I’m actually not?
Endgame gear usually does take quite a bit of a grind. Rigomor armor is still endgame armor, so it’s no surprise that it’s still hard to max out. But eventually, it’s going to become easier, and then new and better armor will be released. That’s just the nature of MMOs.
Also, I never actually said I tried it. I actually can’t because my highest CP char can’t even get into the first Rigo dungeon (but I am trying to work on that (but I can’t atm because of internet strain indirectly caused by COVID)). But regardless, my points still stand. Yes, maxing out Rigo Reforge isn’t the easiest thing in the world, but the argument Lazzziiieeeee gave me was “YoU nEeD tO pAy To MaX oUt ThE rEfOrGe Of RiGoMoR aRmOr”, as if that were an absolute requirement, but in truth, that’s not the case if you just have the patience to grind it out. The paywall is simply optional, THAT was my point. As for the drop rates of the seeds, maybe they do need to be bumped up, but at least they CAN drop.

My hope is that this new weapon doesn’t have any specific element. That’s literally my only reason for not wanting this raid weapon.
What do you mean? You don’t like the titan beam or the fact that the weapon boosts fire element activation chance by 1%? It’s not like it makes other elements activate less often so I don’t really see any problems.
It’s not that I don’t like it. It’s that there’s no alternatives for the other elements, ’cause not all of my characters use fire.
Maybe I should clarify. What I mean is that the fact that there’s no Water, Nature, Wind, Light, or Dark counterparts to it is what turns me away from using it. If all of those existed, I’d have zero issues with using it.
Welp, I’d prefer a different attribute as well but yeah. Considering that the next region is most likely a freezing wasteland, the next weapon will probably have a freezing effect boost. They should just increase all of them but it’s probably just to give the weapon some flavour text.

Why are you guys complaining about getting an easier weapon? Just beacuse you have it and you don’t want people to get it? Come on , what is the logic in that? This weapon is no different than void weapon where you can practically get it for free during the character jump event by reaching level 99. How do you feel grinded for void weapon when other people can now get the easier way? What I am saying is that time will make any gear easier to get and you just have to deal with it.
It’s not like getting Void weapon from the event, ’cause events are limited time. It’s more like how Add dungeon became easier and gained a drop rate gauge for the Void weapon.
No one is complaining about the weapon being easy to get tho. The most I’ve seen is someone complaining that story mode raid is too easy and even then it’s just one person. The complains here are mostly about the fact that getting easy FoJ means that a new weapon is incoming, not the easy FoJ itself.
Actually, are those even complaints? I’ve personally just been saying they’re likely gonna be adding a new weapon, and I have no complaints about it whatsoever.
