      I’m unsure as to how the only thing they did to Oz this time, which was just adjust plasma cutter… is a reboot.

      also CS and CEs deserved it, because these passives allowed Eve players to play passively and cowardly, flying across the map above (not even the roof limit was enough), gathering MP without actually fighting. That’s cheap tactic and should be nerfed.
      I just hope that Eve players play more aggressively than cowardly now.

    Uwah, finally a buff to Ejection Buster, but they did it after nerfing her total damage… Alright KoG, I see how it is…

    Also I’m curious about all those “skill cast speed” stuff… Did they ACTUALLY make Blaze Wing 60% faster or was is a nerf making it 40% slower??

    But I see some Shakti and CC nerfs so kinda happy~

      It’s a buff, speed cast increased.
      If it was a nerf it’d say Speed cast decreased
      If it was a passive that increased speed cast, showing a before and after then yes it could’ve been a nerf
      but this is a direct change to a skill so it’s just as you read it, speed cast *increased*

      HR is not the only one who’s waiting for a buff. at least HR used to be strong before they nerf him, NL was at current HR level of suck from the beginning(if we talking about PvE). and all they do i nerf her in PvP and completely ignore the fact, that she sucks in PvE… those two(HR and NL) are the rarest chars i ever see in dungeons, not to mention i nealry never see either of them in raids.

      In my opinion, talking about pvp, she’s been dead since reboot, they turned her main pvp active skill to a streght skill, so her only way to ingage and making combo in pvp is spamming summons (giving and gaining a lot of mana), now she can’t do that either

    How to balance CEs:
    1. Shorten the duration to 20 seconds or 15 seconds
    2. Minimize the MP gain from summonings, so no more running and free mp gain -> spamming skills like MEB tactics
    3. Buff the damage from summoning attacks
    4. Make them invisible so they can’t be attacked by anything

    The summonings are tanky anyway, why should they be destructible? Just make them invulnerable. No more free mp for opponents then.

      Unless I didn’t quite get what you meant by ‘invulnerable’, this has a huge flaw.
      a) If the summons can’t be destroyed (let alone be attacked by anything), it would be impossible to touch CEs. If while you’re attacking her one of the summons randomly pops in front of you, then CEs has a free escape skill that costs literally no mana and has an activation chance that eventually becomes 100%.
      b) They become invisible, they cannot be attacked nor block the opponent players. Alright. So… what’s the point of summons now? This would cause a similar problem as a), except that this time it would be for the summons themselves. Due to the heated nature of the movements in PvP, having an invisible summon to attack a moving player would be nothing short of awkward, and they’d probably miss their attacks a 95% of the time. Plus, getting hit by an invisible hitbox… This… doesn’t sound quite right, does it? Imgine clutch losing a game because one stray Ophelia missile hit you while you were repositioning and you had no idea it would hit/could do literally nothing about it.
      c) More or less a mixture of both a) and b), where the summons remain invisible/have no hitbox EXCEPT when they attack. This would cause both a) and b) issues where they can block players, clutch games, probably miss timings a lot, etc.
      Does this sound right to you? Or what did you have in mind? I doubt it could be much different from any of this.Just take the nerf, man. It was exaggerated? Sure, a bit, I guess; there was no need to hammer CEs down that much, probably with just about half the amount the values were lowered would’ve been fine.
      But… do you know how annoying it is to fight a CEs currently…? I’d rather die.

        As someone who plays melee characters( Ravens( I Expect a “FOOK YOU” Raven from someone sooner or later, elesis(Excluding FL cause she can be nasty in arena. period).
        I do see what you mean right there. CEs can be a Force to be rekoned with. and If the CE knows how to CC, and zone your character(Most cases she can, as you got to up and close and most mistakes can be….fatal,unless you got the good stoic timing.)

        I do think about Elesis’s ghost sword passive when it comes to that.. and yea. That absolutely clutches while feeling disgusting, which sadly kills any form of approach on my end, and I either have to

        -conserve mana, command attack when need comes, and rely on long invi frame special actives(this is when im on my last legs 20-5% HP)
        -Avoid being close to ES in any linear fashion, or just close at all. Period.

        They wouldn’t have a hitbox, opponents would phase through them. Their attacks would work weirdly but at least nobody would gain MP from them. Of course C:ES wouldn’t be able to use them as shields anymore, but eh there’s Oberon Guard anyway.

        Also, “Imgine clutch losing a game because one stray Ophelia missile hit you while you were repositioning and you had no idea it would hit” this can already happen, and not only from C:ES but from PO too lol. I don’t really see it as something bad, winning a clutch game is a matter of luck anyway

      Your ideas are simple, and clean, and can make CEs pretty stronk. atm i just have my views on your thougts.

      Tl:dr
      :
      1) I’m down for it, if it’s applied to summons in PVP(PVE should be left be for EVERYTHING or even buffed up the ante)

      2) Iffy on the change, For some characters it’s a bit like bullet hel(maybe too much of a stretch with that word)l, you can get her down but one mistake (or a few touches) can mean You is DED. Same to be said for CEs.

      3) Im skeptical on it. She needs more power, but there should be more utilities being promoted on her kit be it:
      -neutral game(Command attacks having more stoic, hitboxes or Extentions if we were to get dramatic with the changes)

      4)If the time limit applies, and they don’t get in the way of combos( looks at Elesis’s ghost sword) im down.

      Admittedly I’m not too knowledgable on CEs( CeM), I can only go off of my experiences with them and some of the info they tell me about their class(and elwiki to some extent, though it really isn’t enough.)

      Non tl:dr:

      1. I’m a little null and void atm, but if that duration is focused on summons, I guess im down with it.

      2 and 4. I can see why this is desired, you do get massive mp gain from just attacking CEs Summons, but from my experience (playing a melee character against her (Raven, Elesis(ES) to confess) her summons don’t exactly stay in one place, absolutely teleport, and from my view, it’s a game of cat and mouse when dealing with CEs. to be more specefic:

      -lots of float, mp charge and lack of aggro or approach(the opposite can happen too).
      This is Understandable, CEs has a disadvantage against near everyone when no mana and her Commands(or neutral game) is lacking and should be given more of a buff be it more stoic or bigger hitboxes to promote the use of it)

      and when that mana gets high, busting out those summons, Still rocking the hit and run, CC, Zoning the hell out of melee characters. which is something I’m warry about. Eve can get that mana out, and when they do, and can convert, they feel like an force to be reckoned with. Then again, CEs’s power comes from her summons, and I’ve accepted that she needs them.

      if it’s arena, both players should still get something from an action, If CEs zoning, something should be able to be done to try and counteract CE’s Actions.If they’re Melee, i believe they’re gonna have some trouble when they lack any real solid commands or don’t got the mana. That would mean that they’re all for the taking, waiting to be done in without options unless they use their skills right. If they’re a ranged character with high AoE, I can see why this would be needed.
      (Visualizing a DayBreaker just charging, dashing in and “Aero STRAAAAFFFE” on to CEs. That would hurt, a lot.)

      3)Is interesting. imo It can use some more damage but I do wonder if this can be a little broken.
      That’s just me thinking about the chip damage(or buildup damage), and if it was buffed like elsis’s Ghost sword , i’d be a little warry,
      She should get more damage but still have a little something sacrificed. but maybe that time duration makes it so that her greater damage output from her summons has a setback with a lower summon time limit.
      I do think she could have some other additionals to make her kit and play a little more better such as :

      -actives or special actives having damage increases or better viability ( eg electronic thunder being increased in size and having some SUCC or Sonic wind having a bigger knockup, allowing for better “combo strings” or mixsups)

      4b. If they’re invisible and take no space (like Elesis’s Ghost sword) I would be down for this change. At least I can get up and personal instead of being zoned out or reliant on pure CC and nuking them (but who am I to talk, i do suck atm, lel)

      Extra: For my end, All of this can boil down to Just fighting more CEs( I don’t get the chance to do so to be honest, not even in spar either) from all this, i’d be saying to myself “I need to git gud and deal with CE better.”

      In my opinion, i see CEs as being formidable, with the potential of being really. really scary to go against. This Patch really felt like a nuclear powered truck to the face. And there needs to be some change ups with it.

      and just to be that dood. Shakti Balancing when? She can be left alone for PVE, EVERY CHARACTER SHOULD BE LEFT ALONE FOR PVE, but she’s quite Stronk as-f in PVP imo,(Can be fun to fight but Really. strong). Can’t say that i’ve touched Shakti too much , but her Kit and damage output on her Special actives just Melt faster than Ice Cream on top of a exploding sun.

        Second: Yeah pretty much, and its not like it was a useful CDR, 10% is nothing, at most its about 2 seconds shaved off, which only affects 2 or 3 skills, but every other skill gets about 1 sec decrease which is completely unnoticeable, if they had at least made it a 25% CD decrease then I would accept it in exchange for that lost damage… But nah, lets just get slapped in the face by a useless effect. Only reason I run with Bloody Accel anymore is to get the Overpower buff, if not for that I’d take it out.

    Can somebody explain why CU makes an apperience in the last few balance changes? I mean those nerfs are almost non existent except the movement nerf for pvp. In The last 2 patches she got a nerf by maybe 5 MP. What is KoG trying to do with her?

    We have it rough as BkM too.. Imagine our strongest skills are running for 5-10 sec. each. EACH!
    Where other chars can do 2 or more skills within these 10 secs. I want this 60% casting speed too.

    All I ask is for the removal of the Befreiung Feld buff and giving Herrscher’s special actives a 30~40% damage buff. As well as for some ways to reliably recover mana and gather seeds faster.

    Every time I see a BQ in the party, they are broken, so I don’t feel particularly sympathetic about her nerf. But KOG should have nerfed one of Shakti’s damage passives, not a CD one.
