Wasnt kog against dmg red buffs last patch? Why buff it for ke,ce and es.

These were much needed Raven buffs though, particularly for RH who is still a low tier character in PvE. If they really were Raven mains though, they would’ve fixed a lot more than just this…
Like Sharp Charge’s damage, Mod Shockwave Divider’s damage, Hellfire Gatling’s massively long cast time, the fact that Seven Burst doesn’t have anything related to 7 anymore, FB’s magical damage on his black hole commands, the lack of super armor on Finishing Slash, the slowness of the final hit on Sonic Slash, the lack of i-frames when using Supersonic Draw’s attack, Bloody Accel’s 10% CDR being useless, Ground Crusher’s pathetic damage, Power Bomb’s pathetic damage, Mod Finishing Slash and Mod Flash’s ridiculously slow speed, or Mod Hypersonic Stab’s uselessness in most situations.
And these are just skill flaws, I won’t even bother mentioning his numerous problems with passives across all 3 paths
RH got buffed 4 patches in a row, and most RH mains agree that he performed more than good in Berthe raids already so 80% defense ignore on main skill is ridiculous.
I don’t agree with Sharp Cahrge doing no damage, there are multiple one hit skills in the game that deal same amount of damage, besides you have two physical attack buffs on FB to increase its damage, though I do agree with the cast speed being slow but they fixed it here.
Mod Shockwave and Flash are trash I agree too, but that’s not only a Raven problem, look at DayBreaker most of her mod skills are utterly useless.
Hellfire Gatling being useless is a fact too but does NI really needs a fix on that while he has more than enough dps skills already ?
FB’s magical damage on his black hole commands, come on, every class has magical and physical values on commans. Example NI dash zzz [hold z] only hold z is magical.
If you really think that complaning about Raven is a thing, then take a look at Bluhen and Herrscher or even Nisha

Finally the weapons of Rose seems weapons and not a water gun anymore.
But seems that they don’t really understand the problem of PO:
-Armored Tempest now gives super armor to allies. Ok cool but:
1_That skills spawns where it wants;
2_IF it spawns, because happens that it instant-explodes because of lag;
3_None can cross it while during its animation;
4_5 seconds of animation, really?
-Magnetic Guard now gives 30% skill CD speed up:
1_Does exist any PO that use this skill for PvE?
2_It was already hard to active OS in raid or 13-5, and now I’ll be slower too because of the delay of this skill, ok thanks..I’ll be happy to die and wait those 25 secons CD of Overlimit to try again to active OS :)

Why are KoG giving speed cast to every chars except for the slowest character in the game?
Why they don’t want to fix all the bugs of my Rose that makes her unplayable?
Why still exist skills like Sparrow Factory?

look, this is great and all (ppl can actually start doing some proper dmg in endgame), but this still doesnt help the casual, f2p/mostly-f2p players who cant even get into the current endgame without spending stupid amounts of hours and/or money to progress.
i miss playing Elsword, but whats the point of playing a game i cant even properly progress in? i can just play single-players or play other MMOs where i can actually progress and enjoy the game.
KOG, stop dicking around and giving us cutesy QoL stuff (El House, etc) and actually FIX THE GAME so EVERYBODY can enjoy it again. these balances are a step in the right direction, and we get (well, MOST of us get) that balancing characters isnt exactly easy, but what we actually, absolutely need is a nerfing of Varnimyr and Rigomor’s CP so it can actually be accessible to everybody, not just the whales and hardcore gamers that wastes hours upon hours and dollars upon dollars on this game to get where theyre at
I agree and this is coming from someone who only has 1 Ice burner set which is the celestial master set from that one anniversary and a +10 void weapon only because they gave out a +10 magic amulet.
Even then those items it took them a long time to even bother to give us them without a needing to pay real money for.
The rest of my gear is either at a +8 or +9 and to even reach the CP needed to even enter then new dungeons and raid I need to get them to at least +10 and get better accessories and magic stone effects which in that case I need to get a higher number % on them.
But yeah this is stupid that they expect people to have a extremely high CP level to even enter the new stuff.
At this point unless you have good luck with item grinding/enchaining your gear or rich to get the stuff you need.
That alone could take up to years to get to CP level they are asking for if you unlucky and poor like me to the point by the time you do get that CP level needed to enter the new stuff there be new stuff after that you can’t do because they will ask for even more CP to enter that stuff too.
In return forcing you to re-grind again.
1 example is I have played Master Road for a while now and I have yet to get any of the Master Road items other then Mark of Acknowledgment to drop.
I can’t buy the master artifact armor from people because they are asking for too much for it even when they haven’t identify it yet leaving my only other choice to grind for it.
So yeah they need to change a lot of stuff either lower the CP needed to enter a dungeon or make it easier to get stuff and enhance your gear that way we can reach that CP level needed to enter the new stuff.
i mean basically so. i appreciate the balances and how theyre trying to fix the RNG, but thats not the issue. at this point, it’s honestly becoming quite obvious KOG is willing to cater to us…so long as it doesnt affect their money gain. everything theyve done so far is just to give us more content (mostly useless content aside from the El Search Party Collection), probably hoping the cutesy stuff would placate us and win us back

It makes sense though, and if anything its weird that he even is as fast as he is. CC literally walks around with the heaviest armor and weapon out of all the character yet he’s still fast af for some reason? That’s just dumb.
Now FB on the other hand, he literally specializes in speed, he has a passive that gives him benefits for being faster, so it makes sense that they would give his slowest skills a good speed boost.
Yet CC hits like plush toy.

Can’t believe rose got a buff, are people starting to like her now?
Well TB now have +20% physical attack during OS instead of 10%, and now gives +30% physical attack to allies, but not to herself..of course is a buff, but seems that they want to use her to buff more the others characters but not her.. And we’re talking about TB, surely far to be a broken char as Raven (which strangely got buffed as always). To be a balanced char, they should double the damage of the most of her skills, because she’s the same of 2 years ago, while others characters became monsters.. Just look at ES: 4300% with every swing of the sword of her PASSIVE, the same damage of Aimed strike, with the difference that this one costs 200 mp.. Every time they “buff” Rose, they continue to make others characters stronger, so the situation doesn’t change: Rose still remain a joke when compared to other chars.
They made Celestia a unique buffer for 1 week and then gutted him making him boring and and making half his buffs exclusive to him despite being a support. Doesnt make sense why not just reduce the effectiveness not completely remove the buff from allies. Yes he was OP but they should have turned him down, not turned him off.

He mean the natal chart no longer gives size variation to party. althought i think it was interesting buff to party it have a disruptive part not only because of the random, but also because the same size variation does not affect positivelly to everyone in the party.
So i think thats a good “nerf” to prevent inconsistencies.

Dominator finally got a buff???? I should be happy and appreciate how he finally gets noticed, but that buff seems like it would do bugger all…..like only a 2% increase to phys dmg? Replaced awakening charge speed with received dmg decrease? Get real, the only good thing coming from that is dmg reduction. Crit chance for new update is nothing special either.

Ace in the Hole does not need any kind of buff, that skill can cap out at around 113k% damage and it without a doubt a big-bossing skill like Rain of Fire so there is no reason to ask for a buff that makes it hit harder against smaller enemies
