Treasure Hoarder

1) Items obtained from treasure chests changed

– Before: 3 different mithril & Elixir items

– After : 1 mithril & Elixir items

2) Old items can be converted to new ones at Ariel

3) Amount of items obtained from chests is increased higher the Treasure hunter level. 

4) Can obtain items from chests a maximum of 50 times per day. After that, chests won’t drop items. 

5) Party members destroying chests will yield items and take up chest reward count.

6) Items from treasure chests aren’t affected by drop rate increase or event drop rate increase.

7) Old items won’t be dropped from chests anymore. 

8) Old Treasure hunter Items obtained from Mystic El Sphere are updated to new ones

9) Using El Sphere will give Profession exp

Blacksmith

1) Advanced Enhancement features changed

Before

After

Boosted Enhancement

Use Mithril to reduce fluorite and enhancement stone consumption to 1

Mithril consumption amount changes depending on Blacksmith level

Blacksmith Hammer can be obtained from El Anvil

 

 

2) Advanced Dismantle materials updated to new profession items

3) Advanced Enhancement and Dismantle can be used in the Blacksmith window

4) El Anvil use ED cost changed

– ED : 10,000ED → 100,000ED

5) Increased profession EXP gained from using Anvil

6) Can use Anvil every 12 hours. Obtain 1 Blacksmith Hammer each time. 

– Advanced Enhancement using Blacksmith Hammer will give 2x Enhancement success rate.

(Cannot be stacked with El Hammer)

7) Amount of Blacksmith Hammers in possession can be seen in advanced enhancement tab and El Anvil Tab

(Blacksmith Hammers aren’t kept in inventory)

8) Maximum El Hammer possession count increases with Blacksmith level.

El Anvil cannot be used when you possess maximum number of El Hammers 

 

Alchemist

1) Advanced Enchantment removed 

2) Materials used to craft Alchemist items are updated to new profession items.

3) Added more craftable items 

– Liquid fighting spirit potion

– Adapt potion

– El Essence Bag  (x20)

4) Liquid fighting spirit potion can only be crafted 20 times per week. 

5) Items with weekly craft limits are not affected by the ultimate truth title.

6) Items removed from the craftable list.

– Mana Elixir Bag (x20) 

7) Obtain gauge whenever crafting with Mystic El Flask

– Maximum gauge changes depending on Alchemist level

8) Flask gauge is filled up depending on resell ED cost of items consumed.

9) Filling up the Flask Gauge gives following rewards depending on Alchemist level

– lvl 1~4 : [Luriel] Advanced Magic Stone

– lvl 5~9 : [Luriel] Elite Magic Stone

– lvl 10 : [Luriel] Sage’s Magic Stone

10) You can obtain rewards from El Flask 7 times per week

11) You cannot craft with El Flask if you didn’t receive the available reward.

12) Flask Gauge won’t be filled after 7 weekly rewards have been obtained.

13) Crafting with El Flask gives Profession EXP

14) Profession Items obtained from Mystic El Flask changed to the new profession items.

 

Changing Profession

 

  1. Treasure Hunter

– Daily Treasure Chest reward count is retained after profession change until daily reset time.

 

  1. Blacksmith

– Blacksmith Hammers in possession is retained after profession change

– El Anvil cooldown is reset after profession change

 

  1. Alchemist

– El Flask Gauge is retained after profession change

– Weekly El Flask reward count is retained after profession change

        Can you explain what’s good about this patch? The combinaision of material lol? Like raid said, if you actually play the game these changes are pure crap. The only good side about this is the fighters you can now craft. But it’s defenitely not worth considering all the nerfs profesions in general got.

          the only really good thing that happened is that now alchemist is actually relevant … other than that ye (also proffessions got harder to level as a result as well so rip)

        it clearly says that the jumping got replaced with a faux enhancement like feature, which still doesn’t guarantee an ammy of the same lv of the dismantled equipment, so, yeah, blacksmith became useless

    Honestly besides Alchemist, all of this looks like a really roundabout way to nerf the shit out of the professions, specially in Blacksmith’s case

    No skipping = more enhancing tries = more chances to drop down, stall or reset

    And without more details it also just looks like TH is left a tad worse
    Only one Mithril type, limited daily drops (I guess this can be danced around by multialting), and seemingly no changes towards the ass el sphere rates, or the viability of the acc set, nor the title being untradeable

    Treasure hunter:

    Treasure hunter having a limit of 50 chests a day is so unnecessary. Are they not aware Koreans(and NA players including myself) do more than 50 dungeons a day (in some cases, not saying everyone is, but heavy grinders are.) You could argue
    it’s not affecting a lot of people, but it’s still a nerf. This just makes it less motivating to grind. On x2 days,
    it means after ~1 hour of grind, you cant get any more chests, which sucks.

    Alchemist :
    Elite Magic Stone and Advanced magic stones being luriel is also unneccessary, I’m not sure if anyone uses those
    in the first place. The sage stones are great, though, not depending on events/PVP to get them looks good,
    but looks too good to be true so its TBD. Alchemist sockets were really good for leveling alchemist,
    so i’m guessing thats why they removed it. It wasn’t a bad feature either. sooo… a nerf. I’m not sure why they bother putting a limit on the fighter crafting, won’t people just get more alchemist alts ? Unless this is part of the weekly craft and its PER account … but I guess this is nice regardless, better way to get fighters, and no one wants to PVP for them anyway.

    Craftable adapt potion and el essense bag is useless but … okay I guess? i dont think anyone ever complained about
    Adapt elixirs being hard to obtain… its so cheap on the board, its cheap flamemark wise, and you could even use henir
    materials for it but ok… They also missed by miles the opportinity to combine elixirs WITH the adapt elixir (Giant + adapt would be nice).The el essense bag came in too late to even have any potential considering B&W title is almost
    aquired for most people that used TSS in the first place. But I guess its better late than never.

    Blacksmith:

    This is one of the worst patches in a long time. Nerf after nerfs. Blacksmith sadly is not usable anymore, it’s not worth to
    have blacksmith alts either so RIP whoever got lvl10 on alts…They wont be able to dismantle the free ~+9-+11
    armor from Anvil to get amulets. Having non banksharable hammers is useless. On enhancement days, we would need to get it
    on 1 alt(the Lucky enhancement event item to enhance)… So 10 hammers at best(I’m assuming the cap is the level itself, so
    if you’re level 10, you get 10 hammers, I doubt they’d give more than that for free anyway)
    Removing the +2, +3 enhancement boost also sucks, of course. It got replaced with something significantly worst.

    They are doing this right before we get new armor, i’m assuming to avoid people selling +9, +10 armors like
    elrianode back then….It affects all the f2p people that got +10/+9 or ED this way, does not really affect whales, so
    they dont care lol

    The timing is obvious considering we are getting new armor so they gutted it before we could get them. No more free +9 or +10 on enhancement but more craftable fighters.. so yay….? Not sure if all the nerfs were worth these fighters… inb4 the fighters are luriel …

    in the alchemist section it clearly mentions that the advanced enchantment is being removed
    DO YOU READ THAT THEY ARE REMOVING THE SKIP ENHANCE ON BLACKSMITH???

    They don’t mention removing that because IT’S NOT BEING REMOVED
    The blacksmith Anvil is turned into a one time use every 12 hours <>
    they boost its exp gain to match up the old one because the old one can be used 10 times, the new one is just once
    IF IT’S NOT EXPLICITLY MENTIONED, THEN IT STILL EXISTS
    This is NOT A NERF, the revamp buffs all the professions, you guys need better reading comprehension if anything.

    I’m disappointed with this patch, i had hope when i saw a revamp but they just killed the system, if they dont fix it or revert back this is going to murder the player amount, or they did this because we are going to get something else soon but this feels really bad.

    The system just needed some changes like making an autohammer for blacksmiths and give them something useful when you didn’t get el hammer. with the new one blacksmiths are dead unless they also revamp ++ system.

    for treasure hunters it just needed some update for accessories, like giving them adap or changing the effects to match this days and make it more fun by making the gamble worth, after you got the title you might never use it again. the new one might have “this new things” lets hope it to save the system.

    alchemist were the worst in the old system, hard and costly to level up and you barely get anything useful, you can mostly buy anything in board. this also applies the gambling for title problem but at least they get some overpriced pots. the new one removes an old system i which the items needed to be +10 to get the best effects (12%, except costumes). this could be changed to per example get some special stones that give you rare effects and make them sellable or just a pack of the new sages that you can sell making the gamble worth.

    Because the WORST thing in this game is the enhancement system. It’s pure GARBAGE.

    I’ve been playing for 6 years, and I still haven’t gotten the damn +11. And by the way I’m going to continue without,

      if youve been playing for 6 years and never been able to afford to save up enough ed from f2p to buy a +11 scroll off board, thats not kog’s fault lol
      but I do agree enhancement in this game is pretty awful
