Balance Patch Character selection criteria

  1. Characters over certain CP that has cleared Pruinaum Raid that performed too poorly or exceedingly well
  2. Characters over certain CP that has played Pruinaum Raid that has low clear rates
  3. Each character path with lowest Pruinaum Raid play rates.

Increased damage output by changing some traits and adding defense ignore effect to double slash

Increased super armour synergy’s duration to help out with parties

          I’m not gonna say rip entfernen cause it’s at a pretty good spot imo, but i will say they only keep buffing two of his skills when the rest of his kit is pretty much meh. like they have decent secondary effects (very few), then there are skills that have no secondary effect that’s just useless.

          moder is still a huge question mark since for a 300mp skill it’s useless for what it does. his strength skills are just there mainly for seeds. and his 100mp skills are only good for rotation.

          a lot gonna lump on the fact that if you pvp mostly, 90% of Ain commands are leaky to the point of unusable.

          but all in all HR isn’t NEARLY as bad as he was before but still feels weird to use and you’re just basically rotating Entfernen and Gottvergessen. my main gripe is that in pve, a lot of his skill mp cost are not justified by the damage output. ex: abgrund costing 240, Brechen being 300mp, you get it. (yes i know about erp).

            and honestly if hey gave HR a party MP again mechanic (and fix his MP gain mechanic) he would be in a better place imo because they gave his crit damage buff to Blurooster now so he because it’s gonna be needed for any type of support.

            but yeah i say either buff a few skills or lower some MP cost. but if you have enough ERP and you sunk that much of your time into this game then it doesn’t matter i guess

    buffs are buffs dont get me wrong but alot of these just feel forced
    Like the seal of time buff for example
    Sure the 25 second cd cuttoff is nice and im ok with this one because its basically unnerfing the nerf from earlier
    But the full hp/mp reset on cast would have been far better on a skill like Airelinna and would have made sense there
    If kog really wanted to buff seal of time they should have buffed the revive, the one mechanic the skill is actually known for. Full revive instead of recorded revive and have the frames from the revive ignore the i frame ignore effects so u cant die by just reviving

        der’s alot of ways now to reduce cd and lots of -cd buffs from other chars too.Not to mention sariel has cd accel.
        more would be very welcome tho, seeing how cu’s junkbreak got an enormous dmg buff.
        mp is barely an issue anymore since itll be always pot heavy and we can always socket mp- or erp mp-., no amt of sockets or erp can produce that much cast speed.

        in short that reduced cast speed is really amazing, and sadly ur the one who’s stupid in that regard.

        kog is alot more stupid in many other reasons tho

        Bruh whats with the attitude towards me? Casting speed is always welcome cause it can be slow as hell.
        Sariel already does really good(besides Berthe raid I assume) so I don’t get why you have a problem. She could use raid buffs sure but overall she seems fine to me, mind you she is my alt so I use her a lot.
        Overall I can be happy with casting speed being faster without someone like you being toxic, k thanks.

      Seems like they forgot that CU has more skills to be fixed, seeing how they buffed the only stable damage output she has. Most of her Exotic skills are too damn slow or insignificant (looking at Dust Aura and Hornet Sting). Maybe they want CU to use the drill for clearing as well at this point, idk.

        I don’t think the “make up” is satisfying enough, though. It’s 10% loss of Special Active damage and slower skill cd accel for 5% more physical atk pow. 5s longer for Dead Hands buff duration but the skill & its traits already allow you to refresh the buff before it can run out. Those chance buffs for more Burst of Terror proc dmg is nice, but idk if it’s enough to compensate or not

    Yea… I agree with ARIA on this one and say: this is just sad…
    The severity of the claims made by the community aren’t just fixable by adjusting characters and skills, which is something they should have done ages ago anyway… Much more substantial things need to happen and the issues primarily lead to the enhancement system they don’t wanna part from. Skill balances won’t matter when it’s the overall system that needs an overhaul.

      20 seconds upon using a field, which almost every single one of your skills involves a field to some degree.

      13% Critical/Maximize > 15% (probably becomes multiplicative instead of additive as well)
      You also gain 15% free boss damage, probably also multiplicative, so free 15% damage in general.
      Applies on something you use 24/7.

      You do realize that we went from a 10% mp cost reduction for 10 sec upon using Mana Conversion to a 20% mp cost reduction for 20 sec upon using Energertic Heart, which we were already spamming like hell ?

      Not defending KoG, but I think they did a pretty decent job this time on CS. I like every of the changes, this passive’s change especially. It’s a fucking miracle to not have to set-up ourselves as much as before to such an extent.

    S/o to the Mad Paradox Buffs. You can use Dark Matter Explosion in PVP now, i wonder if they’ll nerf it after people understand how to position for max damage on smaller targets. Its kind of op when its heavy and stacked lol.

        I ran tests on the skill. Frame data suggests all you need is a 1-2 second difference in speed to make the skill viable in PVP. The damage is dealt most effectively on the right corner (the corner closest to the user) easily beating maximum strikes damage(both with heavy trait, and 44% extra from elrianode gear). So in conclusion, if its effected by action speed it can be used in PVP. There’s no ifs, ands, or buts about it. Take if from someone crazy enough to use it in arena and sparring.

    Whether we wanted it or not, we’ve stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let’s get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta’aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He’s well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

    I think that class needs a total change of passives or, at least, new functions in dungeon/PVeE cause they’re too focused in PVP – which is honestly kinda dead to me rn.
