Background
A rather cynical magical girl who never loses her cool and calmly analyzes her enemies.
She uses magic with obscure calculations that are hard for any regular person to follow. Her unique movement that emulates floating enables her to drop lightning on her enemies' heads.
Her graceful stature, looking down from the sky, along with her ability to summon machine-like allies, granted her the name, Queen, Her Majesty. Occasionally, demons that approach too closely will get slapped in the face for their rudeness.
Shining Nebula's real identity is Eve, the librarian of Elrios City Public Library.
She was sleeping for a very long time until the strange incidents in the city awoke her. When Hidden Crowd found her, she decided to join them, in order to find out why she awoke, and for another, personal reason.
She decided to work as a librarian because she liked the quiet atmosphere of the library and because she has access to much information. She's a fast learner and has great memory, so if you have a book you wish to find, you should ask her. She will tell you where it is or if they have it, within 3 seconds.
Her quick understanding of the situation and precisely calculated magic allows her to read her enemies' moves several steps ahead. This is why she can keep her cool at all times. Her precise use of logic can cause others to think she is emotionless, but there are moments when you can witness her show of emotion.
Though she rarely shows hesitation, she does pause when attacking small, round, mechanical demons. This is one of the reasons why Bliss is well aware that she is not as heartless as other people think.

Usually, I am able to hold highly intellectual conversations with him... But sometimes he can be... overwhelming with his overt flattery and staring. I suspect he thinks of me as a rival of some sort. I find that inconvenient, as I hold no desire to think of him as such, but I admit his intellectual curiosity and pursuit is highly admirable. |

Breeze seems to find demons with poisonous attack exceptionally difficult. I happened to research the demons' intangible poisonous effect so I was able to give her assistance. I gave her the recent small purifier prototype, and she thanked me profusely, while hugging me tightly. I understand that she's thankful, but I'm not used to such displays so... it was... hm... |

Polaris is highly skilled due to her abundant experience on the field. I enjoy conversing with her. Recently, we exchanged ideas on what to do when many demons appear at once, and I found the conversation enlightening. However, nobody seems to believe my claims. Did I not look like I was enjoying myself? |
