The suction can pull anything within a full screen's range from the brambles' hitbox.
Enemies being pulled will lose their collision hitbox, allowing you or allies to pass right through them.

Before the 10/14/2021 KR Patch, the Gigantic trait only increased the brambles' hitbox. The suction's range remained unchanged.
