Before Joining 1

After encountering the El Search Party, Elsword offers her company, however Eve is not ready. She still has much to think about in Altera. She travels to the Black Crow to see involuntarily augmented humans, reflecting on the cyborg amongst the El Search Party. She travels to see the ruins of her people rotten and contaminated by the Alterasia and the Return Plains and Transporting Tunnel.

  • Eve sensed an airship signal at the edge of Altera, not too far from Ponggo Village and decided to check it out.
  • Eve: ... The Black Crow. The airship Adam used to transport the El Shards and magic stones needed to serve as an energy source for the Nasod army...
  • Eve: If I figure out how long this airship has been used, I can figure out when Adam began to move actively.
  • Remy: !!
  • Eve: Did you find something, Remy?
  • Remy was staring at a wall, where many humans were leaning against it. Eve tensed, but let her guard down once she realized they were not moving.
  • Eve: These... are humans modified with Nasod technology. It seems they have ceased operating when they stopped receiving orders after Adam was defeated.
  • Eve: ... Pardon me. Moby, Remy? I wish to investigate the code. Please lend me your assistance.

Description

The girl sees her people at the endless fields.

Quest Completion Dialogue

  • She walked towards the horizon and found barren plains that seemed to go on forever. Her fallen people were lying there.
  • The sun shined over the tangled, inactive body of the Nasods to create a bumpy shadow. If anyone else saw it, they might have thought those were just regular rocks and passed by.

  • But Eve could not, as she could read the signs left by her fallen people.
  • Eve: (My heart is filled with sorrow. My people... May you rest in peace...)
  • As she felt sadness welling in her heart, Eve deciphered the signals and code sent by her people.
  • Eve: ... Most of these Nasods were built for excavation.
  • It seems Adam wasn't always preparing for war. She suspected that initially Adam tried to rebuild the Nasod race here in Altera. The remnants of countless experiments Adam must have conducted were found on the Nasods that were lying there, no longer active.
  • But at some point, almost all Nasods had input the battle code.
