Slight Anomaly
During testing in the training room with 0 Add. Damage after calculating my damage with awakened plasma cutter I found that it was doing 89.3% damage instead of 70% per hit. That brings its damage closer to 74.5% per hit instead of 70% even after subtracting damage from awakening boost. Other skill's multipliers were all exactly as was in the descriptions so this is an odd one out for me.
