So it may or may not be obvious but the missing letters in the trailer image is most likely Unknown. Since there is a lot of missing information and unknown words in the fairytale, it seems like Eve deliberately deletes anything that is negative or has a negative impact on her psyche. Thus making said information unknown to her. Tho this is just speculation
