The attack will cause an explosion for every target within its range. These explosions will also deal splash damage and therefore can deal a tremendous amount of damage in groups.
Each hit will lift targets upwards.
A target must be alive in order for each subsequent explosion to trigger. If a target dies, their chain of explosions will cease.

In the past, Artillery Nova was an Active skill which had Chung swing his cannon and fire a charged missile with homing properties.
