[Enhanced] Bombing Artillery can do a total of 6,935% (2,375% in PvP) Magical Damage, assuming all hits connect. With the Heavy trait, it can do a total of 9,986.4% (3,420% in PvP) Magical Damage.
Due to each missile's small explosion radius, max damage on smaller targets can only be achieved if they find themselves dead center.

The bombs appear to be the same as Artillery Strike - Quantum Ballista. However, they do not have the massive explosion nor do they extend the payload out of the bomb casing.
