This is best used with the passive Immersed in Nature to increase your damage when using Wind Skills.
Due to this passive providing maximum Critical Hit Rate, it is recommended to avoid building high amounts of that stat in your equipment if your playstyle revolves around Wind Skills.
- It is recommended to have a moderate Critical in statistics for players that have trouble with meeting the Combat Power entry requirement of dungeons.
The increase in Critical Damage is additive, while the increase in Movement Speed is multiplicative.
