[Passive] Can use Photon Flash in the air. Mana Conversion has chance of consuming lower HP, gain a lot of MP, and cost of all skill decreases when this effect activates. (Except Hyper Active) All skill cooldown time accelerated during Energy Needles. (Except Hyper Actives) Caster gains MP within Kugel Blitz's range.

Tips and Details

• The HP decrease, MP increase and MP cost decrease effects are triggered simultaneously.
  • The MP cost decrease effect will stack with itself if it is triggered again while it is still in effect. (Possibly a bug.)
• When using a force field with Kugel Blitz, the area where it will recover MP is where a regular released Kugel Blitz with no force field would be, not necessarily where Kugel Blitz appears to be.
• Cooldown reduction during Energy Needles applies to everything including Extreme Heavenly Love but excluding the hyper active: Psychic Artillery.
