Forbidden Secret Manual (II) is needed to unlock this skill, available through the Power of Transcendence Skill Quest or Item Mall.

The crescents will hit most enemies 4 times. Only sufficiently wide enemies will take all hits from each crescent.

Before the 06/30/2016 Korean / 07/13/2016 North American patch, each wave of Crescent Kick would only do a single hit.
In the past, its Skill Note effect reduced the travel speed of each wave while allowing each wave to deal multiple hits.
