	Shackle Link Summon Shackle Link to a hit target. Recover HP/MP every second during Shackle Link. While linked, enemy's action speed will decrease for a certain duration. Shackle Link last for 5 seconds and breaks if the target is too far. Radius of Shackle Link decreased by 33% in PvP.
	Final Enhanced Skill Duration of Shackle Link increased by 1.5 times.

Tips and Details

The skill continues to stay active even as you die, allowing you to stay alive when killed in midair or off a platform.
Contrary to what the tooltip description says, the HP regeneration is not taken from the enemy's health.
The hits from the link will still trigger the Evil trait's MP burn.

This skill's name is German and can either stand for the verbs bind and restrain or the plural of the noun shackle.
In Europe, Vincire is Latin and means to bind.
