While it functions similarly to Tempest Burster's Eagle's Radar, this debuff only affects attacks dealt by Catastrophe players, and no other characters.
The debuff has no duration, and will wear off immediately when an enemy leaves your line of sight.

In the past, the passive did not inflict any sort of debuff, instead increasing command/active damage and double hit chance when attacking an enemy's back, while allowing specific skills to turn enemies around.
