While it applies Power Break's debuff, it is not affected by that skill's Killing Blow (2) trait. Additionally, applying Power Break while this skill's debuff is still active will only extend the duration of the debuff and not overwrite it nor stack with it.
- This allows you to extend Giga Blast's higher potency debuff by recasting Power Break, for far less MP rather than simply recasting Giga Blast.
Only Elesis's starting and finishing motion is affected by action speed.
