Tips and Details

• The cooldown reset can only trigger when the skill is actually used, not when it is first registered.
• Due to having multiple uses, Kapow Punch gives you 2 chances to trigger the effect.
• The Just a Club buff will refresh whenever the effect triggers while it is still active.
