The listed skills only gain damage on specifically their cannonball-related damage. If they have additional hits involving the Destroyer itself, such as the melee range hit on Scare Chase and Impact Detonation, or the attack from Siege Shelling, that will not have its damage increased.
Unlike other knockdown reduction passives that decrease the knockdown given by your attacks, Modified Warhead causes the attacks it affects to lower the foe's knockdown value.
