The dice will bounce off of walls and will not explode until they either hit an enemy or the ground.
As the dice will explode on impact with enemies, doing a small jump allows all of them to explode on a single target so you can benefit from all 3 effects.
The Purple and Blue Nebula debuffs are applied on hit for around 1 second, and expire the moment the nebula cloud visually disappears.
As the Blue Nebula debuff affects an enemy's critical damage taken, and doesn't buff your own Critical Damage stat, it multiplies the damage an enemy would take from a critical hit directly, making it very potent on any target that can receive debuffs.
On the EU server, the Blue Nebula's tooltip incorrectly claims that it reduces Critical Damage Received.
