The damage increase applies to an entire skill, as long as it was originally casted while the buff was active. As a result, the skill used to initially activate the buff will not gain the damage increase.
- Since each of Twilight Judgment and Death Sentence of Marbas's shots count as separate casts, each bullet or input will independently check for the buff to determine their damage, rather than when the skills were cast.
The damage increase is multiplicative with the total skill damage.
Currently, this passive is not working correctly in PvP. Although the damage is increased for certain skills, Combination skills are not affected by the skill damage buff on the opponent's screen.

Noblesse oblige is a French phrase literally meaning "Nobility Obliges" and defines whoever claims to be noble must behave himself nobly.
