The increase in Movement Speed is multiplicative but the increase in Action/Jump Speed is additive.

This skill has a small chance of encountering a bug that turns Add into a wire-frame model.
Despite the tooltip calling the buff Plasma Convergence the buff that Add actually receives is called Quicksilver Frenzy
