Any reload qualifies.
After a successful reload from being attacked, for 2 seconds, Reload Mastery will not activate from being attacked.
- This cooldown is not mentioned in game. It's hard to determine if this limit still exists.

Old Icon of Reload Mastery.

Before the passive was moved to Shelling Guardian, Reload Mastery used to have a unique icon. This however was changed when the passive was modified for Shelling Guardian, now reusing the same icon as Reload Cannon.

Before Shelling Guardian was released, Reload Mastery was a passive that boosted Reload Cannon's damage and increased the amount of ammo it reloaded from 1 to 2 in later levels.
