The Creeping Terror stacks will be consumed for the skill's shackling effect, without triggering a Burst of Terror.
The initial chain hit reaches just outside the screen, while the additional lunge attack will propel you slightly further forward, making it excellent to approach enemies with, especially with the Powerful trait.
The chains deal splash damage to any nearby enemies, allowing the skill to do high damage on tightly grouped enemies.
