Forbidden Secret Manual (II) is needed to unlock this skill, available through the Power of Transcendence Skill Quest or Item Mall.

[Enhanced] Spectral Spear can deal up to 4,876% (1,950% in PvP) Magical Damage with 5 Souls. With Heavy, it can deal up to 7,021.44% (2,808% in PvP) Magical Damage.
The explosion deals splash damage, allowing for high damage on tightly packed groups of enemies.
The tracking spears will home in on any nearby enemies, separately from the main spear. They do not pierce, so their damage will be heavily spread out among multiple targets.
The spear will explode again at the end of its range, so using it further away from your target is recommended.
