Tips and Details

There is no cooldown to reapply the Target LockedTarget Locked debuff. The debuff can be reapplied by leaving and re-entering the range of enemies.
- Actions that force the character's internal state to update/reset, e.g. swapping titles, changing equipment, unlocking new force skills, setting/removing new force skills, changing the guild skill page, etc. will reset the Target LockedTarget Locked range check condition and apply the debuff again.
The debuff affects enemies' Critical Resistance rather than your chance to land a critical hit, making it a separate unnormalized effect.
