DP Gain

I did some testing, at first to see if the DP cost of Overlimit skills would be reduced by the DP Cost stat, and I thought I was seeing it, but eventually I found that when this passive didn't trigger, I had the same leftover DP regardless of changes to my DP cost, so I think what actually happened was that the DP gain from this passive was being affected by my DP gain stat, as the weapon I was using for the test had both DP Gain and DP Cost.
