- Heavy Tempest can deal 16,665.12% (4,753.44% in PvP) Physical Damage, assuming all hits connect.
Since the Storm Charge hits begin immediately upon using the skill, it is best to use the skill point-blank to maximize damage dealt.
The final stomp executes with a bit of a delay after the second kick and just barely launches targets but has a large amount of recovery frames that make it impossible to continue a combo after using the attack. Be wary of using it in Henir or other times when knockdown is undesirable.

While the skill icon may be visually similar to ice, it actually refers to blue energy coming out of the shattered ground left behind from the final stomp.
